Does what it needs to do, and is reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to install and configure, and gives helpful troubleshooting info if a backup fails for some reason. MSP360 also offers clear visbility on historic backup status. Also their support
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit cumbersome when rebuilding a server and therefore needing to restore a past backup to a different server, but the process is possible, and their support are on hand to assist if needed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MSP gives us confidence that our important data is backed up, and in the event of a catastrophic system failure, we can rebuild our servers without too much difficulty.

It just works, without all of the nonsense
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use, and they have great storage options. I have always been able to get through to customer support whenever I had a problem. Installing the agent only takes under a minute and you can begin implimentation which is also a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
More of an annoyance than anything, the syncing of the backup data can give undesireable results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to worry about my system and data backups, because it just works and is always there.
Works as promised
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to deploy, the interface is simple but contains exactly what you need to see. We have done restores and they have worked as promised. It can be summed up in the fact that it just works as it is supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that it doens't easily intergrate into our RMM :-( But its not a HUGE deal for how good of a product it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really difficult to find a product that will just work. Something easily deployed that just does what it is supposed to do and you don't have to babysit it or jump through hoops to get it to work!

The ability to handle my customer based remotely. Manage and monitor my Clients systems.

Need the ability to edit the main home page (default page) to reflect what id like to see when I open MSP

The ability to integrate my cloud based drives along wiht local storage to push backups to different locations
Great high level view of assorted backups
What do you like best about the product?
The software offeres a great high level view of assorted backups. They can bee monitored easily and managed to provice consistently successful results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software's update cycle is not intuitive and has not inproved in years despite speciifc and simple suggestions to accomplish that.
We use the software for online and local backups. It's hard to beleive but when there is an Interne connectivity problme the software fails to generate local backups as usual.

There is no ability to schedule the backup time, but it really isn't an issue.

This provides a clear and easy to understand view of what is going on so I can let my clients know they are protected.
MSP360 has been an important part of our backup strategy.

The customer service is great and its very easy to see issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the errors don't have the best details. I'd like to know what the error means without hunting it down on google.

We have had a full recovery from ransomware because we had good backups from msp360.
