Easy & Seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The Ethyca team was super helpful in guiding our integration and was there to answer any questions we had. The platform is super easy to use, and is customizable so it fits in seamlessly to our existing website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! So far, this platform has proven to be extremely helpful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ethyca helped us become CCPA compliant, which would have been much more time consuming to do without this integration!

The basecamp portal was very helpful and the weekly update was best to stay on track!

What do you like best about the product?
Racheal from Ethyca has been helpful from day one. She helped with clear step-by-step integration as well us guided us to understand the entire CCPA subject data request process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure it's because of Ethyca, but need a version to handle the Google ads implemented on the website instead only via GTM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ethyca is solving our CCPA compliance management. It has helped setup a process for us to be CCPA complaint.

Great for Shopify stores and easy to implement and CCPA compliance management.

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably it was a bit confusing having just 30 minutes sessions when we had a lot of items to discuss but we agreed to have more dedicated sessions for each specific item that helped to speed up the process.

Ethyca is helping to solve data privacy requests for our clients SAR, RTF, and Consent.

Super easy to use privacy tool. Backed by a really helpful team that is driven to ensure your success. Willing to go extra mile in terms of integrating new partners or even providing best practices and recommendations.

Privacy management made simple with Ethyca
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Ethyca, privacy management was a difficult and time-consuming task. We had spreadsheet after spreadsheet trying to keep track of who requested what, and when. With Ethyca, privacy management is a breeze. Their platform is intuitive and makes data management a less daunting task.
I know our customers respect and appreciate the easy-to-understand consent management center on our website, which was made possible through using Ethyca. Before, our customers had to go through a much more confusing process to obtain their information.
In addition to the platform and its functionality, the Ethyca team is absolutely wonderful. Cillian, Sam, and Rachel are amazing and have been there fo us every step of the way. From the start, they were willing to go above and beyond to show how they could help us. Now that we are customers, I find it is so easy to get in touch with the team for any questions I might have.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are on the basic plan, which means we do not have any integrations hooked up and have to pull some data manually, i.e. Klayvio, Attentive, etc. We considered moving up to the PRO plan, but we wish there was a plan in between basic and pro that provided some automation, while still reverting back to the basic features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ethyca has transformed the way we do privacy management. Before, it was a daunting and confusing task. Now, with their intuitive platform and wonderful team to help with questions, privacy management has been made simple. Not only are we happy, but we know our customers are happy because we take privacy management seriously, all because of Ethyca.
