Makes Compliance easy

What do you like best about the product?
New interface is easy to use and accelerates the compliance journey greatly. customer Support is there and provides expert compliance knowledge for many frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frequent updates so takes some time to know where things are. More integrations planned, but not yet supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast and painless SOC2 Compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's constantly improving - the changes in the little time we have been using the platform has been enormous.

Customer Support and compliance team are also top notch - they've never not been able to help.

The amount of integrations are staggering, and they all work pretty well in my experience. We've rarely had any issues in that area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some omissions in features that would truly make it an 'all-in-on' GRC tool - such as a NC register - sometimes hold it pack a little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Implementing different security frameworks, and hand holding along the way

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good compliance automation tool that simplifies working with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR and many more. It has great integration capabilities, easy to use and have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are paid even if you have a subscription like access reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all the compliance activities under one umbrella and giving visibility and ease of managing.

How quick they are to get back to my issue and solve it.

Not much to complain about. A different agent got back to me then the original but it's no big deal

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I had to contact customer support, the issue was handled promptly. The support team is helpful and communicates clearly, keeping you informed of any delays, recommended steps to resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides using drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us towards SOC type 2 compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Great support, templates to help get things rolling. Easy for end users.

Not as strong as a reference, fixed format and limited searchability for more advanced users.

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for early stage startups to automate compliance across multiple frameworks
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you need to demonstrate compliance out of scope of the integrations that Drata offers, you're back to screenshots and manual copy-pasting. Eventually you'll need a compliance automation team just to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to use Drata to automate device posture checks,

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve had a solid experience with the product so far. The interface is intuitive. Support response times have been generally good, and the onboarding process was smoother than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far that I could dislike, however it seems we will need another tool for MDM

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated the video tutorials – even with a strong tech background, I found them helpful in understanding various Drata functions. https://help.drata.com/en/collections/9595024-welcome-to-drata .

So the documentation is great and I really care about it.

Also, Drata taught almost everything. this is really great. For example, there is an available sercurity awareness trainings and we can just enable it. The content is rich and enough
What do you dislike about the product?
as far as I understand and read, one of Drata’s main goals is to automate controls, but unfortunately, our Background Check and MDM solutions are not currently supported or listed among the available integrations. I would have expected broader vendor support. Yes, Drata offers Drata agent. this is good and we can also provide

That said, I’ve already submitted requests to enable integrations for our existing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many requirements for passing audits, and Drata helps consolidate everything into one centralized platform. You can manage users, assign and track security training, configure automated controls, and monitor compliance—all in one place.

Without Drata, these processes become fragmented and difficult to manage.

Additionally, we benefit from free customer support, which allows us to ask questions and get timely assistance when needed.
