Drata brought us great support and a very functional platform
What do you like best about the product?
The support team behind the Live chat is very responsive and knowledgeable. The success manager was excellent, very professional and always very helpful. The platform is functionally well-thought and easy to use.There is a lot of supporting documentation, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs minor features to facilitate some tasks. However, there is an easy way to request adjustments to the team, which was very well managed from Drata's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helped us to create, amend and organise all the documentation. It will be the organisation's place to go for Information Security documentation. The dashboard is a straightforward way to see the actual situation of the organisation regarding the I.S compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata simplifies enormously our compliance automation and overall process. Additionally, Drata's customer service has been very supportive and knowledgeable about all the questions and topics related to the security frameworks we are adopting.
What do you dislike about the product?
one things i would like Drata to improve on is customized reporting when it comes to controls and requirements to comply with what auditors want to see.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is solving the complexities of manual processes of compliance management for us. By automating most of these compliance processes it eliminates the tedious manual work related to the audit preparedness.
Clear communication through a confusing process
What do you like best about the product?
Drata helped us cut through the noise around SOC2 and other compliance topics. Our account manager, Craig, was extremely helpful in our biweekly meetings helping break down both their platform, and the broader context at large -- always making sure to end on immediate next steps to keep the ball rolling and avoid ambiguity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look -- SOC2 is confusing, and I think any tool or platform that helps control that is going to have a certain level of complexity to master. They've already been making platform updates to help streamline things a bit more with a centralized dashboards and better signaling toward next steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a young company moving upmarket, we needed SOC2 to prove our commitment to security to our current and future partners, with limited resources. Drata helped me single-handedly get there for our organization in a very reasonable amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata's has an awesome support team (both technical and audit) that has helped us get fully prepared for our successful SOC 2 audit in a matter of weeks. They are quick to respond, find solutions, and provide great advice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if Drata already had a connector available to our HRIS (Paycom) to automate additional evidence collection and monitoring, but this is currently on their roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We set ourselves a goal of becoming SOC 2 compliant this year, and we couldn't have done it without Drata's platform, audit support, and customer service.

Nothing for now. Since we started using its all good.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata offers the best customer service I've ever experienced across both B2B SaaS and consumer products. Their audit / compliance experts are extremely helpful, responsive, and thoughtful in troubleshooting with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more integrations to keep everything in sync as well as better syncing across modules and tabs within the product.

Drata is the compliance platform we use to ensure we consider and adhere to all of the requirements from various compliance frameworks.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata's core compliance automation capabilities and out of the box integrations are probably the most comprehensive. Being able to run risk Management program and turst center fetures only make it must have product!
What do you dislike about the product?
For tools/ SaaS for which currently there is no out of the box integration, it is still heavy lift to try to monitor them via Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes managing compliance program much more efficient and meaninful exercise due to variety of ways to report on continuous compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete Platform where you keep your required evidences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training for using this Platform is not proactive. Therefore it may confuse you to use this platform. So need to work on detail and extensive training on using each every section of DRATA proactively.

Giving a one stop platform which is easier for Audit.

What do you like best about the product?
You can see and manage the whole picture about all GRC issues. You can easily manage all the requirements and control deficiencies in your IT environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly to say, nothing much to dislike about Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata enables us to see the whole picture about all of our IT environment. We can mitigate risks resulting from vulnerabilities and threats in our IT ecosystem. We can also use frameworks and we are able to see our compliance to relevant frameworks.
