Drata: Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
The Drata team provides excellent support during the onboarding process and beyond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a positive experience with Drata. In its current form, I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata provides automated discovery, monitoring, and management of the framework compliance process. This frees us from the majority of the manual evidence acquisition tasks we have had in the past.

Fast support
What do you like best about the product?
Fast support: we raised a request for help and were answered with a solution within the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Page load and login speeds could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ISO and SOC2 compliance.
Pretty good platform with a few kinks and problems
What do you like best about the product?
A lot of automated checks. Many draft policies. Access to former auditors
What do you dislike about the product?
They often push you to do more than what is minimumly required to complete the compliance which leads to a lot more time to get to completion. The automation they have is brittle in some areas making it show false negatives in some areas or hard to implement in some ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Certification in SOC 2 and HIPAA
Drata Solves our Tracking Needs for Certifications
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has everything I need to make sure I am on track for certifications for my business, as well as staying on track when it comes to renewals and information management overall. The product is easy to use and navigate, integrates seamlessly with the different services we already use, and offers excellent customer support when I have questions I need answered. We check in monthy to make sure that all items are up to standards for our certifications, easily and effectively updating when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Drata for certifications such as SOC2 and SOC3, ISO27001, and more.

DORA Framework still not available and we only 3 months out to new law.

Multiple framework available for our global needs. Also special shout out to Ben Chau as our account manager for his responsive and detailed responses, appreciate your professionalism and continued relationship.

Drata is constantly evolving and it takes some time to become efficient using it, like no other compliance platform would be. However, it sticks out in two points:
1. Complete documentation and real-time, helpful support powered by AI and humans
2. An outstanding customer success support from Jordan Penn - he provides uncompared Customer Care making sure we use Drata to the fullest and meet our business objectives. He takes the time it needs to explain every bit of it and was available anytime despite time differences. Further, his proactive approach ensured we were all set for compliance of ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2.

Easy to use and great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to install and protects my laptop and company. I had reached out to support with an inquiry and they got back to me immediately despite it being a holiday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few settings that need to be installed on the Macbook that are not preferntial but required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensures that all company laptops are secure and background checks are completed on Employees.
Great help to jump start SOC2 compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Before using Drata, we struggled to navigate the complexities of SOC2 compliance. Drata's automated platform streamlined our compliance efforts, significantly reducing our workload. The intuitive interface made it easy for our team to understand and implement the required controls. Additionally, Drata's customer support was always responsive and helpful. Drata also helped us partner with a great Audit firm that could leverage all the work done in Drata.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we had with Drata is that there is no intergration with the MDM (ManageEngine) that we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Policy Center has helped us a lot with writing draft, distributing and tracking. The Audit Hub and the ability for us to interact with our auditors is priceless.

Add-ons and segmented features which would be really useful as part of core package e.g user access control

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of collaboration and the dedication of the Drata Team to get things working and to help educate new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no downside! The solution is easy to use, I am in it daily and the bot and knowledge base are excellant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata is allowing me to automate monitoring of areas that can't be fully integrated yet into the solution. And the automated monitoring lessons time for audit and assessment requests.
