Support is great and always responsive. The AI responses are good I can contact a person quickly if needed.

Navigation and control approval is sometimes confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata makes it easy to manage all of our policies and security tasks. The team at drata is also incredible helpful and responsive. They're well informed and whenever they don't have an immediate answer to a question, they always follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Drata platform is constantly improving and sometimes it's hard to keep up with everything the platform has to offer. The support team does a good job ofkeeping us informed but there's always additional things to learn

Drata helps us complete all security and cloud compliance tasks. This helps to improve efficiency across the team and ensure we're always compliant.

Their support team - in particular Terrious. He really went the extra mile in provider support for a request which wasn't the most straightforward.

Can be complex to work with till one figures out how to use it.

If you have any issues, whether that be compliance related, or platform related, their customer service team is really attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations don't work the way I assumed they would but this could also be due to limitations of the products/companies we are integrating with Drata.

The ability to incoprorate goals, such as SOC-2 compliance, and maintaining dashboards that can quickly showcase our status to compliance with each.
Also thankful for the support that's available in the form of live chat & the recurring webinars to assist users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls can be a bit confusing if they are tied to several different tests. Sometimes unsure on how to modify certain components like controls, tests, and policy groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified the process of getting our SOC2 cert. As a smaller team, it enabled us to save time and keep our process streamlined and organized so we could attend to other matters instead of having a full time compliance employee.
Customer support has always been very friendly and prompt. Can honestly say that I feel that I wont have to wait when I engage them for help.

What do you dislike about the product?
The agent that gets installed on the computer sometimes has issues reporting the correct details. Maybe a version change or maybe bugs.. But when it happens, we have to focus our attention on figuring out why someone in our company is reporting "out of compliance".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our Policies for SOC2 and keeping track of all of our employee's, entities such as servers and cloud compontents. Doing this automatically saves a log of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The documentation, support, and templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little buggy sometimes and all of the drawers in the UI can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us implement the necessary procedures to achieve soc2 in a month, and is the key system in maintaining soc2.
