Integrated Solution with RingCentral, Simple Yet Needs Visual Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingEX is integrated with RingCentral, our telephone system, and is easy to use. It's handy because it's just a few clicks away on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the visual presentation could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is an all-in-one solution, integrating with our RingCentral phone system, making it easy to use.
Efficient Call Management, Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customer service from RingEX. When I call them, they are more than willing to help me and brainstorm additional solutions to the problems that I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectivity can be an issue when not on Wi-Fi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX decreases our need for extra staff and facilitates transcribed messages, allowing us to keep working while reading them.
Using RingCentral at a Basic Level, but Need More Guidance on Its Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
We use RingCentral at a very basic level, mainly sticking to the core features without getting into anything advanced. Phone calls are good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we’re currently using the program at a basic level, I’d like to learn more about it and better understand the capabilities we have available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unknown. At this point only using for phone calls
Transformed Our School Communication Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can use RingEX through my computer or the app on my phone. I also really appreciate that I can text from my phone while using my RingEX call back number, which keeps my personal information private. The setup was very easy, and the specialized team helped me navigate the regulatory process for texting, making it a smooth experience. I recommend RingEX all the time; it's definitely 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users like to work through Microsoft Teams, and the RingEX app within Teams does not provide desktop notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has transformed communication in our online school by making it easy for teachers and administrators to communicate with parents. Text messaging boosts response rates and family satisfaction. I like using it on my computer or phone and keeping my personal info private.
RingEX Makes Day‑to‑Day Work Smoother
What do you like best about the product?
Calling, messaging, video meetings, and faxing are all in the same place, which makes my day so much more efficient. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I can quickly find what I need. I also love the mobility, being able to take calls or join meetings from my desk phone, computer, or mobile app without issues is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something, it would be that the occasional updates sometimes change the layout or move features around, which takes a bit of adjustment. There are also some calling features we had in our old system that cannot be duplicated with RingEX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A big problem RingEX solves is reliability. Instead of dealing with traditional phone system issues or juggling separate services, everything runs smoothly in the cloud. The call quality is consistently strong, and administration is straightforward, which saves a lot of time on the IT side.
One Number for Voice, Fax, and SMS—Perfect for Work
What do you like best about the product?
One number for work for voice, fax, sms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a checkbox or a way to allow users to configure calls from internal users can bypass the incoming call rules or some set of the incoming call rules. Internal calls should be allowed to simply call directly to an extension. They do not need to go through any work hours processing, like play a greeting, screen callers, tell a user they are being connected or play music while they are being connected. Those are fine for external users but not internal.

Excellent Value and Flexible Options, but problems porting numbers in.

The cost and options are all excellent. We enjoy moving all of our locations to one platform.

We have been having problems porting in numbers that are business critical.

We are enjoying getting all of our company moved to one platform.

It's very efficient, has awesome features that make our day-to-day operations easier.

I wish it could connect to our AMS system (Applied EPIC), which would make things even better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like RingEX's availability on different devices and the seamless user experience it offers across them. I also appreciate the great support from the tech reps and the service provided by the account manager. The initial setup was easy and quick.

sometimes if the internet is not good, the access to RingEX functions is limited

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy RingEX is to use day to day. Calls, texts, and fax are all in one place, and it keeps everything organized so I can focus on my work without worrying about communication issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the interface feels a little cluttered, and a few features take some time to learn. Still, once you get used to it, everything works well overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX addresses the challenge of managing multiple communication channels by bringing calls, texts, and fax into a single platform. This has made it much easier for me to stay organized and respond to patients efficiently, saving time and improving my overall workflow.
