What do you like best about the product?
the support and availability! we need that availability!
What do you dislike about the product?
we might need more levels of admin rights and access. I have a manager I want to supervise calls and don't want the manager to have my cradentials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to make changes online and be able to have such control over our phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't say we have anything in particular other then it is somewhat frustrating if our internet goes down so does the phone system, but this would be the case with all voip systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped us to gain control over our communications systems at a cost saving to us over AT&T.

Process for Set Up is Frustrating

What do you like best about the product?
The phone tree is the reason we switched to this provider. The online tutorials are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating our phone #'s and the SMS application/approval process are time consuming, confusing and it's hard to get help from a person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently in the review process to get the SMS set up. I can't get help because it's being reviewed and have to wait for a rejection before I can process.

What do you like best about the product?
The SMS auto Reply is a great added feature that our users will love!
What do you dislike about the product?
With the new additions, I don't see anything just yet that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows you to listen to recordings and the use of AI is great. RC/RingSense is currently solving issues with integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingCentral gives me options to separate my business/personal life while still having access to phone, advanced video meetings, SMS and so forth. I love that I can setup call trees and not just have direct separate lines. I also love that it does cost me to have extra simultaneous incoming calls like a physical phone system, and that improvements happen relatively quickly even if not in each category.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I get spammed via SMS on our queue and can't reply as the queue. I wish it would integrate better with rival platforms like Google Chat or Google Meet, so our users who don't have need of a phone can still find coworkers in their directory and communicate together better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have separate business and private lines, run analytics on things run through the platform and conduct high level video calls if needed. Unfortunately, we have a dwindling number of users who need a phone, and others opt to use Google Meet over RingCentral for client calls if they have the capabilty to join a Meet due to familiarity as far as I can determine.

The platform is fairly easy to navigate and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting doesn't provide all data that would be needed for tracking agent progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part, routing calls to departments through customer selections in the IVR.

What do you like best about the product?
We've had great success using RingEX. They offer routine updates and enhancements. The application is easy to use, and customer support is quick to help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any VoIP service, you need stable, good-quality internet/Wi-Fi.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, mobile and remote capabilities.
