Mixed Experience: Powerful Features, But Difficult Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of being able to answer calls from anywhere as long as we're signed in on our cell phones. It keeps our personal information safe when calling customers. I also appreciate seeing who's available, who's offline, and who's on a call. I like the simplicity of the HUD extension review. I enjoy the text messages, the easiness of the voicemails, and the HUD. The ability to mask my call and transfer calls to our technicians in the field, along with the capability to treat calls easily from desk to desk, are beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the onboarding. The onboarding was very confusing and I was misinformed about how the extensions, licenses, and porting worked. I was told to port out all my numbers when I really didn't need to, which was a big pain. Customer service was not sympathetic when I hadn't been able to use the product for three months and was still being billed. It took speaking to a manager to get some kind of compensation. Learning the product was also challenging as it has more features than I'm used to. Setting up the phones was difficult, and I had to keep calling support. It's confusing trying to figure out how the product works with other platforms like Google Chat and ServiceTitan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that RingEX lets me see who's available, streamline call transfers, mask my call, and manage voicemails easily. The text messaging is great, but I wish voicemails could be sent to more users.
Streamlined Operations with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like RingEX because it is automating and easy to use. I can use it on various devices like the phone, desk phone, and laptop. The integration with a few CRMs is beneficial, and it has many assets we continuously implement. I can send faxes and record calls for compliance, and it helps keep a history of calls and messages, making compliance straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, and the tech support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be nice to have a personal voice instead of just eight avatars. It would be great to have it personalized for individual needs. Also, it would be cool if the avatar could be personalized with your own picture, so it's easier for clients to recognize your voice and eventually your face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for recording calls, ensuring compliance, taking notes, and business continuity. It's easy to use and automates tasks, integrating with a few CRMs and Microsoft 365. This setup helps me stay compliant and manage my insurance business effectively.
User-Friendly but Needs Better Team Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the RingEX app is easy to use. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate, which really helps when I'm calling clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find transferring between team members a bit problematic. I wish shared contacts were available instead of relying on bulk upload.

RingEX lets me call clients without using my personal phone and is user-friendly, making calling simple.
Simple platform, but Spam marking is a deal-breaking issue

RingEX is a simple platform that is easy to learn and easy to teach my coworkers how to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
RingEX is a good product. However, our outbound calls are STILL being marked as potential spam. We are not making robocalls, or mass calls of any kind. Calls to our consistent customer base are being marked as spam. RC has been very unhelpful in resolving this issue. It is incredibly frustrating and would make it unlikely for me to recommend RingEX.

Our customers depend on us being available by phone. RingEX helps us fufill that need.
Quick Onboarding That Makes New Staff Productive Fast
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX makes onboarding new staff quick and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS registration can be slow or difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped reduce our telecommunications costs.
Highly Customizable to Fit Every Business and User Need
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different ways to use and customize it for the needs of the business and each user. My users find it easy to use, and I find it easy to administrate and find the help I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like we are going in the right direction, but I feel like we can add more things, like a holiday table time frame for all sites, or just things I have seen in other systems that I feel can be easily added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a mixed environment of physical and virtual phone users. I like how easy to adhere to their needs are especially when they want to use both, its not just one or the other.

It is quite easy to use and has good customer service when help is needed. They are also attentive to ensure everything works very well, and finally, the recap calls feature is very useful.

There is nothing I don't like. Everything works very well.

Reliable Communication with Cutting-Edge AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and forward-thinking that RingEX provides, especially with the implementation of their new AI features that benefit our business and make the jobs of our associates easier. We appreciate the use of the AI receptionist, which is helping us direct callers more effectively to users who can assist them with their specific needs. The ability to access cloud services is another aspect I like about RingEX. We are also excited about demoing the new AVA product to see how it can further benefit our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is one aspect that needs to be explored. We utilize a large number of call queues and reporting is very limited. For example, we need better reporting on time to abandon in queues, when users are logged into the queue to accept calls and where calls were ended...by the caller or the user. Importing the phone numbers from previous carriers was the hardest part for us with nearly 1000 associates at the time. Each user had both a local DID and toll free number assigned to them, not including all the other phone numbers for hunt groups or as RingEX refers to them now, call queues.

I use RingEX for voice, SMS, and meetings to enhance communication for over 1300 associates. It supports remote and office work with desktop and mobile access, while keeping us compliant in healthcare. AI features streamline operations, making work easier for the team.
Creating Meetings Is Effortless with the Desktop App
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create meetings from the desktop app.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have been very pleased with everything.

It is making my ability to reach out to external customers more simple using the messaging feature.
