Seamless Communication with Minor Lag Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate RingEX for its ease of use, which makes managing internal communications incredibly smooth throughout the company. The software is highly reliable, providing confidence in its performance across various platforms, including mobile, desktop, and browser, ensuring that no matter where I am or what device I use, my experience remains consistent. I am particularly fond of the instant messaging feature and the capability to make video calls with screen sharing, which facilitates effective, real-time communication and enhances collaboration significantly. The simplicity of the initial setup was also impressive, allowing for a seamless integration into our workflow from the outset. RingEX has proven to be the first and only platform needed for our instant messaging requirements, demonstrating its comprehensive functionality and robust design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video/voice calls are laggy, but I'm not sure if it's on our end or RingEX's intermediate servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for effective, real-time communication and group calls, enjoying its ease of use, reliability, and cross-platform access on mobile, desktop, and browser.
Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up and using it is straightforward, and I have never experienced any issues with dropped calls. If a problem does arise, their support team is excellent to work with and always resolves issues quickly and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using the product for some time now and have not encountered any problems or found anything we dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The SMS feature makes it easy for us to quickly connect with a large number of customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Very Robust Features that I can use as Tools through out my Day, from Making and taking calls, Video Conferencing, with Screen sharing, and soft phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Googling my questions get faster results than knowledge base articles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Project manager, the video conferencing with screen share has saved so much driving and time to review programming information and to provide remote training.
The Good and Bad of RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
I like how streamlined a lot of the processes are. It is easy to add users and queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you cannot pre-template users or queues. Having to manually toggle recording on for queues and users is highly frustrating and easily forgotten.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is allowing us to connect with clients without needing to be physically onsite.
Reliable Performance and Outstanding Support Every Day
What do you like best about the product?
Our company uses RingEX across multiple departments and it works well every day. Whenever we do run across an issue, the RingEX Support team is very responsive and courteous.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any major issues or concerns.

We need a centralized platform to handle several hundred phone calls every day, both inbound and outbound. RingEX solves that and does it well.
Effortless Setup and Daily Use—RingEX Exceeds Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about RingEX is how simple and easy the system is to use. We recently switched from a cumbersome Cisco setup, and the difference has been huge. Everything is easier to navigate, and finding what you need is quick. The implementation was straightforward, and their customer support has been great from the start. The feature set is solid, and I haven’t run into anything I couldn’t do. Integrating RingEX with other apps, such as Teams, was quick and painless. I use the system every day and couldn’t be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I don't like about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform has given me peace of mind and I don't have to worry about maintaining servers on premises just for the phone system and having to upgrade to get new features or missing out on features if you don't upgrade. This has increased our uptime and helps us better serve our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The RingEx is very easy to use, it allows you to call and accept call anywhere when you download the Ring central application on your mobile phone. the reception of the voice is very clear. moreover if you have any issues there's tech support is always available to assist you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't tell anything bad about the products, so far we are satisfied with performance.

One time we had an issue with the Dial-by-Name Directory. This feature lets callers find extensions by using the dial pad keys to enter an employee’s first or last name. I reached out to the technical support team, and they assisted me in resolving the issue. On that day, I also learned how to set up the DBND and shared the information with my team members.

Ultimately, it saves me time on administrative tasks and lets me focus on high-value work.

I appreciate the convenience of RingEX, as it enables me to have it with me at all times, regardless of whether I’m using a table phone or a desktop phone. This flexibility allows me to take it anywhere I go, making it integral to my daily routine and business operations. Additionally, the initial setup of RingEX was very easy, allowing me to get started without any hassle, which was a significant plus for me.

I do get multiple boxes on my desktop, and I don't know how to make them close.

I use RingEX all day on the go, eliminating the need for a desk phone and providing ease and convenience in communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the dashboard in RingEX, which is incredibly effective and beneficial for my work. It allows me to see if my clients are receiving calls from new patients, which was something we struggled to track before, as we were only able to track call clicks earlier. This feature makes RingEX stand out, providing valuable insights that are essential for my reports. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, which helped me get started without any hassle. Overall, I enjoy using RingEX because I haven't found anything lacking or needing improvement in my current experience. The system meets my needs perfectly, making it a tool I trust to deliver accurate call tracking, something very important for my client's business. Given how satisfied I am, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to others.
