Use of RingCentral in my office space
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly and also very good for communication in the region of North America. It has a very friendly use of text message and voice quality is really good while the connect with the learner compared to other calling app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get the message notification over the email or the phone if the phone app is installed but in system it is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is getting us a better connect over the North American region then the other apps like VoIP

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that it allows me to communicate easily with the drivers and carriers that I work with every single day!! We have the ability to text each other back and forth throughout the life of the shipment!! Very simple, yet very efficient in my day to day operations!!

N/A, there is nothing that I disklike about this app!! It makes my job easy!!

Ease of use makes my job much easier and more efficient!!
RC is the best tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Its AI part is amazing. providing real-time transcription of the call you are on. Every feature is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing. Everything is perfect and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it for video conferencing and it works wonders.
Many tools - complex for SMBs / entrepreneurs
What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy being able to answer from either my mobile device and computer; being able to have extensions with different rules as to when to ring, etc. Great to easily be able to merge calls, or forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an entrepreneur that has many different sides of the business to worry about, I would prefer to have a contact within RingCentral to whom we could tell exactly our needs, and they set up. Having to figure out how to create call flows, messages, faxes, sms, phone lines, extensions when running your business is extremely time consuming, and the system honestly seems cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a remote team, so being able to have our main line, plus extensions to which we can transfer calls to is positive.
New Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team did a great job of helping us switch from our old on premises PBX. We're really excited about the opportunities that RingCentral opens us up to. They have been quick to respond to any tickets we submit. Our employees learned the system quickly and use it consistently throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY bad thing I can say is that RingCentral needs to expand their training department. The backlog for booking live training sessions is a month and a half out. Other than that, there hasn't been any major issues. The few things that we've come across we have submitted to the ideas for improvement section of their site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we switched was to keep our phone system up through all of our sites, even during emergencies. Hurricane Helene took down our main site, so phones went down company wide because of our old PBX.
Was referred and absolutely love it!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up, easy to use, professionalism at the finest, and help is always a click or call away! I love the notes during calls, that has came in handy so much! Thank you RingCentral for your dedicated support and services.

I have not had one issue since I came to RingCentral!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an all one stop shop for phone, fax, and webinar! It is so easy to use and I am stoked about starting the texting feature!
A MUCH NEEDED CHANGE
What do you like best about the product?
All our phone system needs in one place, there's so much that can be added or removed if need be, the customer service is amazing and all issues are resolved immediately and efficiently each time. Being able to also have the phone app on the mobile and answer even if we are away from the office is amazing. Easy to use that not much onboarding is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I find something I'll definitely let you know ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've so far only experienced problems with not knowing how to access a feature. Not the feature is not available but just me learning how to access it.
Need to Get Up To Date with AI
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Ring Central in the most basic way for over ten years. Each year something new comes out - I'm interest in the AI receptionist and need help. After today - I'll try it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet except I haven't taken the time to figure this all out.

What do you like best about the product?
We still use fax because our line of business, and having the fax feature is nice

Not everyone can see the faxes. It is only to one user and that is it.

We have multiple offices, and it let us know who is on the phone or away from their desk
Long Term Solution & Innovative
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are innovative and offer products that are relevant to the times. We use phones, fax and AI every day. We've integrated it into our website and continue to take advantage of the technology solutios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our rep doesn't always reply but I can always get ahold of customer service!

It will solve the problem of not being available to clients and prospects around the clock.
