What do you like best about the product?
The user interface on the web portal is easy to use and convenient
What do you dislike about the product?
Upside is using it from multiple venues, tablets, phones, laptops, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to holler to each other through the building

What do you like best about the product?
Having quick access to my contacts and having the connection to my Google calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
My staff has only 40 minutes. The zoom interface is horrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with staff remotely and in other offices is made easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy and convenient way to connect in meetings! Doesn't take long to find a meeting. The buttons are clearly labeled and easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The taskbar that includes all the button options can sometimes be in the way of my search bar on google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Joining meetings to get help with Webgility and Quickbooks! saves me time and confusion.

What do you like best about the product?
Click to call is a positive aspect of RingCentral.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the same number for a day calls will stop connecting and I have to switch numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It definitely beats having to call from my cell phone. It gives me a work line without taking too much effort on the set up.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and fast, the tool is quite impressive in connecting or merging calls simultaneously and it's good that recording is available also during calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much really other than that we can't see the name of the caller cause probably it needs to be saved first just like a phonebook when saving numbers from a phone, but other than that I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have customers who needs help to be connected with a legal club so it's quite easier to use and also merging a call while staying in the line and recording the call as well so it is indeed very useful.

typing my number when i go to a video call. it sometimes doesnt register the number even though i did exactly the way the number is

the ability to call clients at a whim because I am in the customer service industry
