Effortless Setup and Superior Features—A Major Upgrade from Traditional Phone Systems
What do you like best about the product?
Setup was easy, and training was a breeze. As we've added new employees, it is easier to add them than our old, traditional phone system. We're also able to improve our customer support through the use of a calling queue, something our previous system was going to charge more for, with less features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not found an issue, especially when compared to our old phone system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to answer a lot of the calls to our customer support through our older, traditional phone system. RingCentral has made this easy to use, and change as needed.
Effective but Overly Complicated
What do you like best about the product?
It works. Lot's of features. Video is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overly complicated in many ways. To much latency when using a mobile device.

Very scaleable.
Exceptionally Simple Setup with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using RingEX for a year at my law firm primarily for calls and chats. I love how simple and easy the setup process was, largely thanks to the superb customer service that guided me every step of the way. This transition from a previously terrible phone service to RingEX has been problem-free and wonderful. RingEX offers all the features I need, including IM, calling and voicemail, and AI summaries, which I find incredibly useful in my daily operations. The platform effectively fulfills all my communication needs without requiring any additional software. RingEX stands out for its reliability and effectiveness, making it a perfect fit for my business. Its performance is commendable, and having such a seamless experience is why I would never consider leaving RingEX, unlike my previous vendor, 8x8. My satisfaction with RingEX is so high that I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to others a full 10 out of 10. There is nothing I would change about it, illustrating its robust capability in meeting our business requirements entirely.

I find RingEX resolves our previous phone service issues, offering wonderful, problem-free calling and chat solutions for our law firm.
Easy to Use and Implement, But Support Needs Improvement

Ease of use and implementation. Onboarding additional users is easy too

It can be very difficult to get support.

It has lowered our cost for our call center and it super easy to onboard new users.

Easy of use. Being able to find things fast and easy.

Basic reporting, unable to get all details needed.

User-Friendly UI and Great Support, Minor Annoyances
What do you like best about the product?
UI is very good, user friendly. Easily manageable. Support team is good as well.

The size of dail pad. Why it needs to be this big? It becomes a bit difficult to navigate on your website.

Having fax, call, and video features all integrated in one platform is very convenient.

Before we started using RingEx, we only had a single phone number, so I was responsible for answering every call. Now, customers are able to reach employees directly, which has made communication much more efficient.
User-Friendly with Great Voicemail Features, But Holiday Updates Are Tedious

easy to use system with our staff - love the feature being able to have voicemails sent to email formate

the hardest part about the system is when I have to change the voicemail messages for holiday times . there are so many steps involved

Recently I called that no all our voice mail messages are being transcribed into email format . Unsure why this is happening
