User-Friendly Interface, But Lacks Customization Options
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to navigate and use. Admin panel seems easy as well to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customization options like ringtones and call logs other are overlooked

Forwarding and holding calls easily
User-Friendly with Stellar Audio Quality
What do you like best about the product?
I find RingEX user-friendly and easy to use for both admins and users, which is a big plus. I also like the audio quality, and I appreciate the integration with Salesforce, which is really helpful for managing enterprise calls and call groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the paging devices provisioning is troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX handles call groups and integrates with Salesforce for us.

RingEX has been really amazing, looking forward to training my team.

The ability for our techs to call out and not have a call recorded. This is now being solved by RingEX
Empowered Communication with Customizable Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create dashboards that allow us to keep up with our different call queues. Building call queues is a game changer because it allows us to create exactly what we need anytime. The implementation was great, and everyone was responsive and helped with all of our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more space in each call queue for more members. Allow more associates to be added to each queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX to customize and pull important data, create dashboards for call queues, and build call queues tailored to our needs.
Effortless In-House Mgmt & New Employee Onboarding with Customizable Ring Map & Mobile Phone App
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to manage in house, The ring map is completely customizable and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do get ALOT of emails and calls marketing-wise
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new employees (as a growing firm) is so much easier without needing hard equipment.
Efficient Call Handling with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the efficiency and the reporting tabs in RingEX, as they make it easy to see when our phone lines are busiest and who was working during those times. The initial setup was easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to answer calls coming in without disconnecting the current call. If I could answer an incoming call and put it on hold without leaving the current call, that would change the game.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX helps manage incoming problems and booking solutions efficiently, and the reporting tabs let us see when our phone lines are busiest and who was working then.
Seamless Communication, Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is a good platform for communication, really bridging the gap between worlds. I appreciate the excellent team of experts always willing to help in a timely manner. The pricing is good too. The people working behind the scenes make RingEX work its magic. It works well with all CRMs, and other functions work seamlessly, making my work quick and easy. It's user-friendly and I love it! The admin portal is user-friendly too, and the transition from phone.com was great. I got a good grasp of the changes easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope emails can also be exchanged in RingEX soon or you can also create your own CRM instead of integrating it.

RingEX bridges communication gaps with a supportive expert team. It's user-friendly, integrates smoothly with CRMs, and makes work quick and easy.
Confusing Service and Poor Support Hinder Usability
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes they send faxes, and that's helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I've never been onboarded, and I've been a member of RingCentral for about three years.","The Filipino call representatives speak English, but not well enough for business purposes.","I give the offshore call representatives a zero or a negative score because they waste so much time.","Your promotional literature is so poor that I don't even know what the service is.","The dashboard seems overly complicated.","It would be helpful to have a search bar in a very obvious place where you can type in what you'd like to search for.","I'm not able to use the SMS feature, which is terrible. You've got to allow us to send a few SMSes without going through a giant PCR process.","We're considering canceling the service because the offshore call representatives are so terrible in their ability to communicate business-wise in English."}

Easy and Efficient, but queues need work.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple RingEX makes communication. Whether it’s calling, messaging, everything is in one place. It’s easy to use, and it helps our team stay connected without jumping between different apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the queues can run a little slow, especially during busy times, but overall it works well and does what we need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes calling and receiving calls much easier and efficient.
Versatile Access Makes RingEx Easy to Sell and Use
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of technology that can access the RingEx services. Makes it easy to sell to end-users as they get to use what they think is best for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. Setup was supported by the professional services. The service itself has had no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old system, a self hosted VoIP system was no longer serviceable to bring it up on security standards. It was time for it to go. Costs to upgrade were high, but moving to RingEx made the service costs a lateral move keeping out monthly expenditures the same. Additionally, the old system didn't have features that RingEx brought to our table. After hour calls and emergency service calls have become a team effort, not a single person voicemail box.
