The platform is huge, and sometimes it’s hard to find what I’m looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search and listings management, plus a knowledge graph entities feed. It helps me find a doctor, locate a place, or look up a researcher.

At a basic level, Yext makes it so easy to get my brand and location details across many publishers. The analytics provided by Yext are invaluable.

Streamlined Locations Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Yext allows us to push updates to multiple platforms and have access to all our listings in one place. The bulk edits feature is great, and the ability to do bulk uploads and schedule updates for future dates saves a lot of time. It's a very easy tool to use, and having the reviews done with AI assistance also saves a lot of time. The initial setup was very easy and interactive, and the support from Bryony and Albert was great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the AI tool for review responses could be improved. Sometimes the responses seem similar, even when I try to decrease the length, and it doesn't change as expected. It can be glitchy in these ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage our Google locations, push updates to multiple platforms, and access all our listings in one place. Bulk edits save time, and AI-assisted reviews streamline our process. It's an easy tool that simplifies scheduling updates.

Keeping our restaurants up to date across digital directories, this allows us to action changes quickly and keep our guests up to date on any changes.
Essential for Managing Multi-Location Listings
What do you like best about the product?
I find Yext incredibly easy to use, making it simple to post updates to Google and other social channels. The analytics dashboards are great because they let us segment for core and franchise stores, monitor reviews, and optimize our store locations. It’s amazing to see clear spikes in traffic and user actions, which really help us justify key decisions about store hours and services. I also love the support we get; it’s amazing and any issues are easily resolved. There’s a lot of learning documentation available that supports bulk updates, which makes things easier. Finally, Yext connects seamlessly to our Google Business Profile and Apple Business Connect profiles, allowing us to make updates effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a brand new employee, Yext could be a bit overwhelming. The UI could be improved to make it clearer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage over 1000+ store locations, ensuring accurate store hours across platforms like Google Maps. It saves us time by instantly updating all locations, which couldn't be done manually, and offers simple updates to social channels and useful analytics dashboards for optimization and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Yext's integration with third-party platforms like Bing, Facebook, Apple, and Google. It simplifies the task of maintaining up-to-date information across all these platforms. Their competitive search intelligence is also really useful for proving impact and demonstrating opportunities. I appreciate how it allows us to update all third-party platforms across our locations in one simple, easy-to-use location. With Yext, responding to reviews has become a lot more simple, making the process more efficient even for those for whom it's not a full-time job.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are reasonably expensive compared to competitors. There's definitely a big element where you need to invest in your team or internal teams to use the platform and understand the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext simplifies updating information across over 400 locations on third-party platforms, saving us time. It keeps all our data in one easy-to-use place, making it simpler for our team to manage listings and respond to reviews.

Easy to use platform. Can adjust shop hours, monitor reviews and reply and post updates all in one place. We use it almost every day.

Nothing really, it seems to work well as a platform.

Intuitive but Limited Functionality Compared to Google
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of use of Yext, it's truly valuable to me. I mainly use the Google reviews dashboard because it's what I need the most on a daily basis. I find the platform very intuitive, so there was no problem during the installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We should be able to have an option to see the most used words in the reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to get an accurate report of Google reviews on a specific time frame.
