Efficient Management with Major Drawbacks

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to manage listings and locations with Yext. We use it to manage citations of our 35+ locations in one place, and it simplifies handling multiple citations by allowing updates in one location. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support takes forever to respond, their interface is janky, and they hold your listings and citations hostage if you ever leave they all get deleted which tanks your SEO, they are also extremely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage multiple citations from one place, simplifying updates for 35+ locations. It's easy to handle listings and locations using it.

Efficient Listings Management, But Sync Issues Persist

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can update my business hours once and it will update everywhere. I also appreciate being able to give access to my staff without having to add and remove them from each platform. Additionally, I find it convenient that Yext is integrated with my website, allowing me to add or remove coaches in Yext and have them appear or disappear on my section of the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a Yext issue as a permissions issue. Some items are locked for editing by my franchisor, which is super frustrating. There's also the issue of updating Apple Maps. Yext is constantly having a syncing issue. I've updated my business hours in Yext and tried to sync to Apple Maps, but it constantly shows an error, so despite being open for over a year, Apple Maps still lists us as coming soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps me manage my business listings and update my staff bios efficiently by disseminating information to all listings at once. I can update business hours universally and grant update access to my staff, which is convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes managing listings at scale easier, quicker, and more accurately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext's UI can feel outdated and sometimes difficult to navigate. The analytics tool is great at summarizing all your listings data. However, if you wish to learn detailed insights about individual listings it has not provided what we want to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to bulk update listings information. It prohibits users from suggesting changes to the listings and google or another publisher pushing those live. Finally it helps our organic/SEO/AEO presence be best in class.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick Yext is to use for replying to customers and the AI assistance it provides. It's also great for managing social media reviews left for our company on Google and Yelp. The initial setup was really easy, I'd rate it a 10/10.

I have no complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Yext provides information that's rated and flags when someone's response warrants extra attention. It goes beyond just a random response by connecting how clients feel, like if someone gave us a 10/10 at one point and later their experience resulted in an 8/10. Setting it up was also very easy for me.

I am satisfied with the product

I use Yext to gather client feedback and studio information, helping me understand clients' experiences and identify when a response needs extra attention.

What do you like best about the product?
Having certainty all listings reflect the same data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes improvements reset parameters we have set up or force us to click more buttons to do the same task instead of streamlining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One area that helps is getting fewer suspensions from Google since our data is consistent across all of our listings. Also seeing the health of our listings rated helps us improve them.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the easy-to-use UI/SaaS admin of Yext very beneficial. The ability to bulk edit fields is also very helpful for managing tasks efficiently. Additionally, Yext offers more robust content tagging and taxonomy capabilities, which is a big advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to find ways to remove manual edits and let AI suggested changes be applied at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing minor content updates at scale across lots of locations and adding good taxonomy to complex content types.
