Great for businesses with 5+ locations, not for anything less

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for keeping things consistent and saving you from endless updates. It's automation features are good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be pricey for small businesses with only 2-4 locations.

Canceling the subscription is also a headache—once you stop, your listings can vanish or become outdated with zero context of how to update them yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small business owner, Yext simplifies managing my online presence. Instead of juggling updates across platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook, I update once, and Yext syncs it everywhere. It saves time and eliminates errors.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes local SEO so much easier by letting me update business info in one place and syncing it across tons of directories. It saves a lot of time and keeps everything accurate, which is huge for rankings. The reporting tools are also super helpful for tracking performance and showing clients the results. It’s made our workflow smoother and our clients happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can be a bit high, especially for smaller agencies or tight budgets. Plus, if a client decides to stop using Yext, their listings can lose the updates, which is frustrating. The platform has a lot of features, which is great, but it can feel a little overwhelming at first. It takes some time to really figure everything out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext makes it easy to keep business info consistent across directories, saving time and improving local SEO rankings. It also cleans up duplicate listings and simplifies review management by pulling everything into one place, making reputation management much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows us to easily manage and publish accurate location for over 600 different business sites across the web. Its interface is easy to use and their support team works hard to resolve all issues. Updates can be batch processed and there are many developer integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext works to update and evolve their solutions constantly - which I appreciate. However, sometimes this feels as though they are overly focused on future business instead of improving your current install after implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have our health care locations accurately display on web searches and GPS directions.

What do you like best about the product?
The ablitly to make wide spread changes to multiple locations with one simple upload. The ease to make these changes and ablity to intergrate them with multiple platforms makes it a one stop shop. Customer support is top notch and extremly helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is no downside to using Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Location management from phone numbers, hours of operation, reviews ect.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows for rapid expansion of access to deep location information for business to be in the right place at the right time for their customers to access. The tool set is robust, allowing for a variety of capabilities to grow your business.

The customer support team is fantastic, and integrations are available and varied to consume and translate data in many ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major challenge of Yext can be the scope of functionality. It can be daunting to manage, and feel like you're actually maximizing everything available within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext gives us the ability to leverage the expansive data we house internally to benefit through organic traffic generation and consumer connectivity across the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team is exceptional, offering 24/7 assistance via chat, email, and phone. The comprehensive knowledge base and tutorial videos are also great resources for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
Stephanie Yoon, our brand manager at Yext is extremely responsive and helpful. I have made mistakes several times causing errors and she has always helped me navigate how to fix it. We have repeatedly asked for how to improve our usage while being understaffed and the team has continiously made sugggestions, helped us with proof of concept and shown us what it would look like long term.

I love not having to have to email 4 different people. The dev team at Yext has navigated through several problems due to our legacy systems and complex needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is hard to quickly see at a glance the status accross multiple platforms. I often have to look at 4+ pages to see what hours are being displayed in out entity, apple, google, closures, etc.

I wish there was a way to be able to see how google geolocates an addres. Our delivery service frequently has problems with how google geolocates an address and part of that seems to be based on where we put the driving direction pin on the entity. When google does not recognize an address because it is brand new construction, the driving directions often end up incorrect because of how google geolocation sets where the store is located for driving directions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping us with googlke posts, review management, and localaized marketing. Those are new things they are helping us utilize. we primarily use it for google and apple listings, along with a locations page used in our app
