some functions are counter-intutive. have to go through different knowledge graphs to get to same place.

It's built to accommodate all the requests I need and route them to the proper approvers without me having to worry about it.

The menus are not always as intuitive as I would like.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to do bulk updates to my listings inside the platform. I manage over 300 listings, and being able to upload them all at once is very efficient. I also like that I can upload hours for listings efficiently. I also like the timely syncs that are reflected to the external listings (google, facebook, yelp, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like if there was a way to "tag" other users in the chat feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update multiple listings at once, bulk updates. It saves me a lot of time.

Yext has Centralized control and efficiency that is primary advantage is providing a single dashboard to manage and update a company's listings across more than 150 online directories, search engines, and mapping services, including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Apple Maps.
This saves significant time and effort for us and by pushing updates to listings in real time, Yext ensures consistent and accurate business information across the web, which is a major factor for improving local SEO.
The platform includes tools for monitoring and responding to reviews from multiple sites within a single interface, which is critical for maintaining a positive brand reputation.
Recent updates to the platform have incorporated AI to automate customer interactions, analyze sentiment in reviews, and craft on-brand responses.

Its high price point and the less expensive starter packages provide limited value compared to the cost.

Yext Makes It Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Yext brings all my sites together so I can access them in one spot. This makes it very convenient for responding to reviews, updating open hours, and other tasks that would be tedious having to go to each site one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little daunting to figure out how to navigate the site. But a few minutes is all you really need to find everything.

Yext is a Great Tool for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to maintain several business locations and ensures everything online is listed accurately. It's easy to review to Google reviews and view information for different entities (example: you have several locations with different business names, but everything can be listed together so you don't have to go to each specific location to see reviews).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Yext could partner with Glassdoor and Indeed to make reviews easier to do all at once. Those programs don't have a way to accept or decline response suggestions, which is very helpful within Yext.

Our company has acquired other companies that are under different names across the U.S. Yext makes it easy to manage all of the businesses online!

Great for Managing Reviews & Listings
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to manage multiple review channels and especially Google Business updates all in one place. Having everything consolidated helps us maintain consistency across platforms and saves time. The interface is straightforward, and the core features deliver value. Their customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support. The UX/UI is easy to figure out. We don't use it on a daily or weekly basis as it's purely for location management, but it saves a lot of time without needing to log into multiple platforms each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the core product is strong, Scout feels a bit premature and doesn’t provide enough value to justify the extra cost. I also wish we could take better advantage of more advanced features like AI rankings (Scout), but it feels like it's not intuitive enough or fully developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of managing each channel separately, we can update and monitor everything from a single dashboard. This saves time, reduces the risk of inconsistencies across platforms, and makes it easier to maintain a professional and accurate online presence.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use and organization. It has made it so much easier to review on a daily basis its easy for daily used and keep reviews in order. Their customer support is amazing.
