I like that everything is in one place with Yext, such as texting and social campaigns. It's easy to access without having to navigate multiple pages. Yext cuts down on phone communication and makes it more convenient to reach customers individually. The initial setup was easy.

I would prefer a hands on overview of how to best use Yext.

Yext cuts down on phone communication and makes it easier to reach customers individually and conveniently. Having texting and social campaigns in one place is easy to access and avoids multiple pages.

I like Yext because it saves me a lot of time by allowing me to update multiple websites without having to visit each one individually. It just makes everything a lot easier. I really appreciate the ability to push out new information in one click, which streamlines updates across platforms.

I like that Yext works for my listing management needs. It simplifies the process by fixing the problem of having to make changes across multiple platforms. Also, the initial setup was pretty simple. Overall, it does the job for me.

Some of the listing features aren't clear what information would be best put there, like best practices or something along those lines would be helpful.

Duplicate listing suppression is a huge help for hotel listings

I like that when I need assistance, the representatives I spoke with were always quick and knowledgeable.

I think when updating the website such as adding links, photos, etc. could be a bit more intuitive. The website is confusing and there are too many limits on what you can/cannot do (i.e. font, color, etc.).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to update my financial advisor's website, navigating content like uploading photos and rearranging content. However, updating the website could be more intuitive. The limits on customization, such as fonts and colors, and the confusing interface are downsides.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a clear summary of all our data sources in one platform, which makes it easier to keep everything organized and get a quick overview when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I need to blend data and deliver reports for an enterprise, I sometimes have to use Data Studio, and it can get complex.

This helps me understand reviews by property.
