Yext for Google Business Management
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is meant to help you with managing your Google business profiles. I like it most for doing a bulk update or announcement on a lot of profiles at once. That is the main feature I like. Also being able to add multiple drop off points for a location, such as for walking or pick up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext is very costly and I’ve found I still need to update and uploads to Google anyways. I sometimes am doing double work to make sure it’s done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to bulk update some of or our provide profiles. We have 1500+ and they cannot all be on Yext, due to the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it simple to keep our business information consistent across multiple platforms. I like how intuitive the dashboard is and how quickly updates go live on Google, Facebook, and other major directories. The reporting and analytics features are also very helpful for tracking visibility and engagement. Overall, it saves a lot of time and ensures accuracy
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can feel a little overwhelming at first with the number of features available, and the pricing can be a bit high for smaller businesses. Some integrations take a little extra setup time. However, once you’re familiar with it, the benefits outweigh these challenges
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us manage accurate and consistent business information across all of our locations, which saves significant time compared to updating each platform manually. It ensures our customers always see the correct hours, contact info, and promotions no matter where they search. The platform also improves our visibility in local search results and gives us useful insights into how people are finding and engaging with our business online. This has reduced errors, strengthened our brand presence, and made it easier to track performance across multiple locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had such a great experience with Yext! Their platform makes it so easy to manage business information across multiple sites, and it’s always accurate and up to date. The tools are user-friendly, support is responsive, and I really appreciate how much time it saves me. Highly recommend Yext for anyone who wants a reliable and efficient way to manage their online presence.

There isn't anything I don't like about Yext.

Yext brings everything together in a single platform. When you update your information once, those changes are automatically reflected across all channels. This ensures that customers always have access to the most accurate details about your business. You no longer have to spend time searching for and correcting errors on different platforms. As a result, you gain more trust, improved visibility, and a smoother experience for your customers. In essence, Yext addresses the problem of 'online identity chaos,' helping you save both time and potential lost business.
Great product for listings
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is great for doing bulk edits for several brands or companies and keeping everything housed in one place. It also helps you to know at a glance if there are any issues with any listings rather than going into specific platforms and listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little easier to use, especially with connectors and configuration. Higher tiers can get a support team to help rush or implement things on your behalf, but I don't have that tier so it's a bit trickier. There's also issues with various publishers, that you sometimes don't have control over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to not have too many tabs open and just have one login for everything for the most part.

I love the ease of use in the platform and the capabilities/functionality within the platform. The support is also very helpful and responsive. We found it easy to implement and integrate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it's pricey, it's not as expensive as other options out there, which was surprising.

reputation management, listings publishing and onsite search for finding a provider.
Good customer support once on the phone, some frustrations with editing website and lag on edits

The customer support agents were very helpful each time I spoke to them and were eager to help, the core things I needed to do were straightforward

There were some things that weren't very intuitive in terms of performing edits and I wish there was a bit more customization ability

Every staff person we have worked with, from sales to support, has been very helpful and attentive. The platform makes responding to reviews seamless and we use it daily. We also have the listing tools and they have been easy to use and helpful for our multi location business.

There is a learning curve, but support is very helpful as is the documentation.
