Efficiently Organized Overview of Reviews

What do you like best about the product?
Combining reviews across a variety of social media platforms into one efficient communication, expediting the time it takes to become aware of new reviews and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could reply to the Yext emails to initiate a response to a review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us monitor multiple review channels and alert us of new review to cut down the response time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to track the information coming in and reply in a timely manner. Allows for easy implementation of communication efforts for customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time to get used to the menus and navigation. It can also be difficult managing multiple systems along with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to have visibility on our vast amount of retail locations that have reviews about our service.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the streamlined process of creating the website. The process was very simple and straightfoward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have some trouble uploading new photos and was confused about the process of getting photos approved / cleared for published use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping me advertise myself and give my clients a place to find me online.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support is great, especially when you're first starting up. They are very responsive to questions and supply solutions very quickly. The interface is also very user friendly. I'm able to add and edit items quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be discrepancy between what I see on the creator side and what the published site looks like.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to manage business information across multiple platforms from one central dashboard. It ensures real-time updates to listings, helping maintain accuracy and consistency across search engines, maps, voice assistants, and directories. Businesses can monitor and respond to customer reviews, gain valuable insights through analytics, and improve local SEO with customizable location pages. Its AI-powered tools and scalable features make it especially useful for multi-location businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext can be expensive, especially for small businesses, and the pricing isn't always transparent upfront. Some may find the platform complex to navigate at first, requiring a learning curve. Additionally, certain directories may take longer to update or aren't fully integrated, limiting full control in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps The Good Feet Store maintain accurate, consistent information across all online platforms for every store location. With dozens of individually owned and operated stores, ensures that business hours, addresses, phone numbers, and services are correct across Google, Apple Maps, Yelp, Facebook, and more. This reduces customer confusion, improves local SEO, and saves time by eliminating the need to update each site manually.
It also helps monitor and respond to reviews from one place, which supports our customer service and reputation management efforts. For a business that relies heavily on in-person visits and personalized consultations, having accurate, easy-to-find location info directly supports customer experience and store traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate howuser-friendly Yext is! I’m not the most computer savvy person. I’m decent, but it takes me time to understand new platforms and programs. With Yext it was very quick! Especially with incorporating photos and updating contact info.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I can’t think of anything negative to say about Yext. If I had to name something it would simply be that I was unsure about it from the name when told to me at the beginning by the friend who referred it. I was like “Yext?! What’s that?!” It is an odd name. But now it’s a regular household word in my circles!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping me manage our local listings! And improving our SEO. We’ve had a lot more connections and contacts after starting to use Yext!

What do you like best about the product?
Responsiveness of our partnership representative, easy to use platform, and helpful/kind e-support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overcomplication of e-support instructions, sometimes. Email threads that come in from support aren't connected in my inbox, making it hard to keep track of the status/conversation of a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying up to date on our local listings platforms and finding ways to improve them.

What do you like best about the product?
Being in technology I appreciate that Yext has a tech forward approach to how they interface with various platforms. This allows for more flexibility and capabilities for our stakeholders in other departments that maintain our online presence.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the technical options it can get complicated and while there is a lot of documentation can get quite confusing and difficult to follow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping use keep a discoverable online presence where our guests can quickly find information about us.
