What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule updates for listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext doesn't always update for Apple Maps or Siri when changes are made for the listing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being one person and being able to manage 21 listings published on 70+ platforms.

One to Rule Them All!

What do you like best about the product?
As a large retailer with over 50 locations, YEXT makes it so easy to manage all of our business listings in one place. It's so wonderful to be able to control the messaging across multiple platforms for our organization. The review monitoring and analytics are very helpful for keeping an eye on the pulse of our business. YEXT is also on top of it with lots of great integrations to help with customer management and website SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
How disconnected the support team is from the platform and your client success manager. You have to go out of your way to find and or get help, it's not integrated well with the platform. You get carted off to a separate website to report an issue instead of staying in the dashboard area of the platform where the issue is. It's a pain to go through the ticket submission process unless you have spoken with a client success manager you won't know what to even call the issue on the ridiculously long form they put in front of you. If you pick the wrong classification for the ticket, the process takes forever or you may have to re-submit the issue. I have very limited time, and sometimes it takes hours to document and provide supporting screenshots for things. Having to do it over again or reexplain everything to a new support person is a drag! As an enterprise user, with other platforms, I don't have to submit tickets like a regular user. My account rep takes care of that for us and escalates things as they see fit. For as much as we pay, I would expect that to be included in our service. It's like going to a Michelin five-star restaurant and being told to serve yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YEXT assists our customer service and marketing teams by keeping information organized across multiple platforms for over 50 retail locations. It's sooo nice to have everything standardized! In our industry (adult), things can be taken out of context easily and or abused by the patrons that visit the multiple platforms we are listed on. YEXT makes it easy for us to flag inappropriate content and respond to customer questions and feedback quickly before things escalate. We love the analytics and use the data regularly, to inform our store locations of their status, which enables us to have conversations for improvement or praise when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is excellent and easy to use. Having a one stop shop for all things reviews, listings, etc. couldn't be bettter.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool could use a bit of an overhaul, and the social postings option is sometimes limited (especially on Google).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for us to manage our location's data across hundreds of listings site simultaneously is seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes managing 20K+ locations so much simpler and manageable. The user interface is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
During initial set up, there's a lot of required hand holding and I like to move fast and be nimble, but those are normal growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple business types across so many listing platforms, improving SEO rank, and ensuring reputational safety of the information on our listings.

Yext Is A Huge Time Saver

What do you like best about the product?
Snowbird uses Yext to manage it's 39 lodging, retail and restaurant locations. Yext saves us a ton of time making sure our information is accurate and up-to-date across thousands of directory listings. Love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to offer Yelp as a fully-integrated listings partner. Yelp used to be a part of the partners and now I have to manually update information in their platform too. Also, I would love to see a scraping tool (kind-of like Google's data highlighter schema tool) That could highlight a webpage's hours, description, menu URL's etc and pull that info into the Yext templates. That would be the best thing ever!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing 39 separate business' local listings as a small team and keeping that information accurate when info needs to change weekly or sometimes daily. A big time saver.

What do you like best about the product?
I love search tracker and competitive intelligence features. They make my job a lot more simple and the data I receive from the platform is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to build the dashboards myself but Yext support staff is wonderful with taking my ideas and turning them into reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Text is solving the issue of "how to simplify managing 1000+ Google profiles". Yext bulk edit and upload feature saves me hours of time each month allowing me to focus on more high level issues frequently

What do you like best about the product?
Yext's Listings tool provides one comprehensive location to make updates versus navigating to different platforms to make those same changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that Ive found. Yext has provided solutions to all the problems posed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Knowledge Graph is helping members find information quickly and efficiently, which in turn reduces workload on call center channel.

What do you like best about the product?
The people are the most helpful part of Yext. While there are a few different providers that could assist our organization with managing our digital presence, I have been continually impressed by the openness and quick responses from our Yext representatives. They are truly incredible and valuable partners in managing the digital presence of our 300+ locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any downsides in the performance of Yext. It was been an invaluable addition to our digital stack and is very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are an international organization that has over 300+ locations just in the US, Yext is invaluable in ensuring that our digital presence is clear, consistent, and coherent across our profiles and pages. Furthermore, the Managed Review Responses are a life-saver given the sheer volume with our footprint. We are a lean team internally and Yext is a perfect partner for us to ensure that are customers are taken care of and heard.

Powerful tool with subpar UX

What do you like best about the product?
The suppressions of duplicate listings, powerful analytics, and the ability to change things about a location and have it populate across all listings, dedicated support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is slow, we had high turnover on our account manager; 3 times in one year, the interface is not easy to understand or user friendly compared to comptetive products. Great tool but poor UI and UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us with tracking reviews, supressing duplicate listings, and viewing some analytics to help us make better business decisions. We also use the Yelp knowledge add on to help us manage Yelp.
