What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing about Yext is that it makes managing my business a one stop shop. I can edit store hours, update contact information, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Yext could be slightly more user friendly with its software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps me solve issues that I have with information being inaccurate on Google or other platforms.

Easy Templates

What do you like best about the product?
Most templates are pretty self explanatory and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some aspects that are more hidden that I have to call a rep to help me utilize though which can take some more effort. Also, when there is a website review required, as a delegate of multiple websites it would be helpful if the email notifications stated which website needed review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to easily manage multiple websites in one platform

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity about Yext and the fact that it is very easy to use. Anyone can navigate through the tool without prior training - it is very intuitive. This makes it easy to train others how to use the tool and accomplish tasks quickly. I also really like their Yext White Glove Service. The reps are super knowledgeable and helpful with questions and problems, and they are always quick to answer the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful things are the limitations in flexibility and customization. There are only 3 templates for tabs, and only one general website layout. This limits the ability to have a unique website, something that Financial Advisors value greatly. Even if there was the ability to rearrange the sections on the website, that would at least allow for some sort of individuality between the sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves the problems of thinking about how the website layout will look, because it's all formatted for you. The only thing the user needs to do is input the actual content. They are also helping with website analytics. The Yext Analytics dashboard is extremely robust and helps solve the problem of wondering what content is working, what is not, and when. I utilize this dashboard frequently in my day to day role.

What do you like best about the product?
The preview feature and ability to change tab formats. It is easy to navigate. Customer support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't combine tab layouts, you have to only choose one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to edit Financial advisor webpages so it can be unique to them

What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient to have all the listings across multiple sources in one place. Customer support is good, too.

That I can't manage Google reviews on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make seamless changes to all location from just one change.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Yext. Additional account integration could be a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping with the tedious task of making the same change 16 times.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to view all of our franchisees actions as well as reviews and profiles in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, some of the functionality is not super intuitive. Luckily the support has been great and my questions are answered effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a franchise brand so we are able to see that all of our brands and locations are following our SOPs and are engaging their consumer.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how friendly and helpful the staff members are. Any time I've had a question or needed help with an update they make sure to get it done or at least guide me where I need to go--they are very knowledgeable. I also like how easy it is to make said updates and the conversion to using Yext was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain edits that just aren't available yet --like changing the layout

Yext is creating an interesting and engaging platform for clients and potential clients to view our team and decide if they'd like to work with us

What do you like best about the product?
With over 1,200 locations with a lot of metadata to manage, Yext has been a great choice for our online listings. We use their API extensively to push and pull information to keep the individual listings up to date. The ease and ability to add custom fields as well as granular control over user roles makes work a breeze. Also the bulk update features are easy to use and integrate well with our workflow. We use Yext every day as a core part of our toolchain.
What do you dislike about the product?
For testing, we have to use different emails on our test accounts which makes maintaining logins a bit of a hassle. Also if a person leaves, we have to update two accounts instead of one. Adding new users to these accounts is not straight forward and requires the user to already have a Yext account which was also a bit frustrating before we figured that out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext makes it east to manage our multiple locations.
