Solid product, a bit ugly looking, but functional
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively simple to set up, nice drag and drop functionality, doesn't require coding

A bit clunky - I don't love the Add Asset section, always confuses me

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it incredibly easy to manage our business information across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. We've been able to ensure our agency's listings are always accurate and consistent, which has noticeably improved our online visibility. The platform's integration with search engines, social media, and map services saves us time and minimizes the risk of outdated information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced analytics and reporting features could be more intuitive, and occasionally, syncing delays with third-party platforms can occur. It would also be helpful if customer support response times were a bit quicker for non-urgent issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves the problem of inconsistent or outdated business information across multiple online directories. Before using Yext, we had to manually update our listings on each platform, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Yext, we can manage everything from one place, ensuring that our agency’s contact information, hours, and services are always accurate and up to date. This has improved our local SEO, helped customers find us more easily, and enhanced trust in our brand. We've also benefited from being able to monitor and respond to reviews, which supports our reputation management efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found that Yext is a wonderful tool to keep the thousands of websites that I administrate updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it seems a bit overwhelming, however once I have familiarized myself with the platform I have found it user friendly.

Yext simplifies by centralizing listings management and ensuring consistency across directories, which reduces friction for members trying to find and connect with us.
- Managing and responding to online reputation at scale: Yext enables us to monitor and respond to reviews from various platforms in one place, which helps us stay on top of member feedback, identify trends, and take actions quickly. It also helps elevate positive sentiment and address concerns before they impact trust or satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows me and my team to make updates in a timely manner. The site is pretty user friendly as well making it easy for users of all ages to assist. It was very easy to integrate our site into the new platform.

The ability to edit and format isn't very broad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing current and future clients know more about me and my team in hopes it will help maintain current clients and expand our book as well.

Easy to use and aggregates customer reviews across my company website, Facebook and Google.

There is not an easy way to send a request to a customer to update their review in the event of an error or misunderstanding.

Aggregating all my customer reviews in one place and giving me an easy way to respond.
Yext is great for aggregating business locations.
What do you like best about the product?
The Yext platform is instrumental at helping businesses be successful by ensuring their brand is displayed prominently among various highly trafficked sources on the internet. Managing local businesses is a tedious and arduous task and the Yext platform can make things significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext out of the box analytics not as strong as I would have liked. Would be helpful for a all in integration between GBP and GSC to better understand local's impact to search.

Ensuring all our business locations are displayed prominently and consistently on the interwebs.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes updating all of my businesses hours and details on multiple platforms simple. It is very user friendly and straightforward. When I have had a question yext customer service is quick and friendly. The review platform is also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Everything has been great!

It allows me to make updates to my business pages and track and respond to reviews from multiple platforms in one simple, easy to use location.
