Yext - the Yext best thing for feedback

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can see how my business is doing on multiple levels! We use it every week to track our businesses growth and feedback and it helps us know where we can focus our energy within our organization to make it better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a little challenging to navigate if you have multiple businesses on the platform to filter the information one specific business profile but it is manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us see what feedback we are getting and helps us know where to focus improving our customer experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Yext lets me update every listing for our newly acquired offices in just a few clicks—no more spreadsheet juggling. The bulk‑edit tools, duplicate cleanup, and clear analytics keep our name, address, and phone info consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
My one gripe: Yext skips a few of the niche and regional directories we rely on after all our acquisitions. Broader coverage would make it a true one‑stop shop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple listings, especially post-acquisition.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to setup and manage entities and ensure everything syncs properly across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain modules where you are required to refresh the tab in order for everything to update and show properly, but this is a small inconvenience. There are some issues with listings not syncing all information, notably with Bing and Apple Maps, but the Yext support team is great at assisting where they can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us easily track and manage our online presence across all of our rental communities.

Ease of use, setup in a way that makes sense, and customer support is fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain publishers are more difficult to work with and Yext has limitations on what it can do on those publishers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext makes it easier to get information out to multiple platforms, instead of having to manage these pages on every platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to post our hours and monitor social media feedback and reviews, which simplifies managing our online presence. I appreciate how Yext lets me go to one place to find all my data instead of logging into multiple different platforms. The way Yext displays data using graphs and provides trends and insights is very helpful. I am able to share trends that are easy to understand to each location and provide actionable direction. The initial setup was seamless as our corporate team handled most of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site is not very intuitive. If you don't know what you are looking for it can be hard to navigate. Maybe a search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to easily manage my data, saving time by avoiding multiple logins. Its graph displays and insights help me share clear trends and actionable directions at each location.
