Great tool for location management

What do you like best about the product?
It's a complex tool, so you can use it to manage your listings, but it also has some additional options to use almost like a PIM, if your products are your locations. It's versatile and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sea4rch function gort worse recently. I liked the previous way of searching and the interface better. Apart from that all good and I appreciate constant flow of improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Yext we can manage 3300+ location information in one place and feed it to our website and multiple external listings. It saves time and makes the governance much easier.

A platform to support your marketing needs

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the platform and all of the data that it provides me to do my job
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it seemed a little over welming but I was able to navigate through the platform in no time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provided me with the data and analytics I need in order to complete any reports and it also helps me to understand what customers are saying about our business.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the automated updates we can push out to all of our listings. We have 25+ locations and previously had to pick and choose only a few major listings for each location due to time constraints. Yext has allowed us to lower the amount of outside vendor support needed (critical need from COVID) and increase what our internal team could manage ourselves. We are also launching Answers within the next couple weeks and we are so excited to be able to provide a better, AI-powered search function on our website!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much currently that I could say we dislike. Our Yext Account Manager has been very helpful and responsive, the platform is easy to use, and we are seeing great strides in our SEO even while reducing our costs to outside web-vendor support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is helping us solve many needs. Listings has enabled us to keep well over 1,000 different locations up to date by updating the Knowledge graph in one spot. This has helped us ensure the information users may find on our YMCAs on the web is consistent and accurate.
Utilizing Reviews has allowed us to manage/respond major incoming reviews in one location and we've been able to see common complaints/praises to take operational action within our buildings.
We're excited to launch Answers soon and provide our members with a better search experience on our website! This feature is also allowing us to create a 'coach finder' setup that we have previously been unable to provide.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to reduce labor/vendor costs but still increase your team's efficiency, don't wait another day to explore Yext and its benefits for your team/company!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to scale changes across locations. Also the Support team is great when I need help or bandwidth to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much training beyond links to webinars. I actually knew more about the product than my new contact during a "training" session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling GMB/listings updates across multiple facilities

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly, easy to navigate, lots of different functionality all in one spot. Our team currently utilizes the knowledge graph for all franchise locations, reviews, social cascading, + much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the connections between Facebook and Yext get disrupted and makes social cascading a little challenging, but that happens very seldomly

Yext is helping us have one centralized source of truth for all of our franchise locations' business information. This makes it extremely easy and simplified for our team to make updates in one spot.

Updating store profiles quickly makes my life so much easier!

I don't have a great example - I guess when some listings don't update and need help being published.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating store listings is just one part of my job - so being able to do that quickly and efficiently is wonderful.

It's nice being able to see all of the business entities in one place.

Yext could be more diligent about updating the changes across platforms and guarding GMB listings from being edited from outside sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to update one location and have the changes reflected across multiple platforms is helpful.

I appreciate the flexibility and support in finding ways to bring value to the partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
The products / services are expenseive often making it difficult for me to justify them to management. As a company there's constant pressure to cut third-party expense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our current scope is listings management / citation. We've signficantly reduced the manual burden and are making timely updates to our listings. It's a huge win to address listings issues in matter of minutes / hours.
