The only tool to fully manage your business' Online listings

What do you like best about the product?
The tool and features are hands down the only way to know you have a full grasp of your local presence across the web. It has an excellent interface and the reporting tools help us show value to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few account managers in the past several months but our newest one is awesome. The price is steeper than other "local listing management" tool but that combat that with the value provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a digital marketing agency, we use Yext to manage our client's local listings across 100+ citation platforms and provide real-time updates to all listings across the web.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool if you are looking for the best option to manage your local listings across the web.

What do you like best about the product?
At one point in time, clients could get GMB listings set up without the headache of dealing with postcards. That was the one benefit of Yext in my opinion, and that isn't how they handle it anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much everything, but I especially dislike how I have to communicate with so many people just within one account. Then multiply that by our various clients, because they assign you a whole new team each time, and then anticipate a ton of turnover on that team so the communication point changes often.

Not respectful of clients' time. Not very efficient.

Too many meetings, unnecessary. Overcharge our clients for what they get in my opinion. Oversell what their products really do. Very sales-oriented as opposed to customer service-oriented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I feel that Yext is fairly straightforward. I am not confused when using the system and can work my way around our various listings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sometimes bothered that I cannot see the changes I have made in the Knowledge Graph being reflected on our listings (ex: adding a video or pictures).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage some listings effectively. We also learned that we can transfer our microsite to Yext, but have not yet made that change.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext has a responsive support team that will meet with you. Although, I have personally struggled with seeing some changes being reflected in certain listings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and simple the platform is to use. Very user-friendly. Anyone that joins the company that needs to use it, is trained and do not have to go to one person for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I do not enjoy working with the support team. They are sometimes slow to respond or unable to help us entirely which leaves you with unanswered assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one place. Events, Location listings, reviews, FAQ. I know we could be using the platform more than we currently do. Going to a recent client summit I learned how I could be using the platform more and am excited to start implementing it all.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication has been excellent. The team really did a great job walking us through the set up and getting us to feel comfortable with the product. Really excited for results!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike. I had a few questions regarding set up but the team made sure I got to where I needed to be. That was difficult but worked out in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're definitely solving problems of coming up in other areas of the web. We have struggled with that in the past but Yext has made it extremely easy for us. Really helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
The software is super userfriendly, but the Yext team is really what makes the Yext product and services. The team is always fast to respond and super helpful! Really recommend this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software does take some time to learn at first. However, the Yext team was super helpful in providing resources and helping to set our team up for success. Otherwise, this product is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing more than 50 locations for our business. The Yext tool helps us identify problems and easily find solutions. It allows us to manage reviews. And most importantly, the yext team helps us address problems that we wouldn't be able to fix without their help.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time trying to manage all your listings manually. Yext makes it so easy. Sign up for the extra support, it's been really helpful in saving us time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to batch update hours, numbers, and more on the fly. The account management and support teams have been excellent to work with. I strongly recommend budgeting for Premier Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate suppression feature is not a complete solution. There is still a lot of manual support required to identify duplicate listings that are auto-populated across the digital ecosystem, which is a major benefit to enlisting Premier Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online directory management is a major pain point for many organizations with multiple locations. In our case, Yext has greatly reduced the number of confused patients trying to locate our healthcare locations.

What do you like best about the product?
We used Yext for our website with BBVA and they were more than capable of providing what we needed in terms of search, local listings and much more. Yext integrated well within our website and provided a great basis to grow and increase traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I had, but was solved after I became more familiar with the platform was the location of certain functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, we have yet to bring Yext into our workflow at PNC after the merger, but I am looking forward to working again with Yext to meet our local listings, FAQs and much more on a daily basis. It works in real-time and we are able to give out that information to our customers much more quickly.
