What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it so easy to make sure all of our listings are consistent and easy to update. It saves me time and effort! Bonus: The customer support is so fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could turn off some sections in our listing intakes. It would make it easier to focus on the content we need to update instead of scrolling through the long page of options to fill out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to manage all of our location listings and reviews in one spot saving us time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has transformed the way we manage our business listings. The platform's ability to consolidate all of our listings into one centralized location is a game-changer, saving us time and ensuring consistency across platforms. Their customer service is also great. Every interaction I've had with their team has been helpful, and they are quick to respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very feature-rich, which is part of what makes it so effective. However, this comes with a learning curve. It takes time to get fully comfortable with everything Yext offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has been a huge help to our company by centralizing all of our business listings in one place. Instead of juggling multiple platforms and manually updating information, we now have a single hub to manage everything. This keeps our details consistent and accurate everywhere, which is critical for maintaining our professional image and customer trust.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows me and my team to collaboratively submit edits for their team website. It allows the website to be segmented into different parts, easily sorted by tabs and section options. I am able to access repositories of previously uploaded documents, embed videos, and use a variety of website styles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website can be a bit slow to preview the changes and is a little clunky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows me to create and modify websites for my teams.

What do you like best about the product?
As the digital marketing lead for a dermatology organization with over 100 locations and more than 200 dermatologists, managing our online presence across numerous platforms is no small task. Yext has been an essential partner in streamlining our listings management and online reputation strategy.

Yext makes it easy to ensure that our information is accurate, consistent, and up-to-date across major directories and platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook. With so many providers and locations, manual updates were time-consuming and prone to errors. Yext’s centralized dashboard allows us to manage all of our listings from one place, saving countless hours and ensuring data accuracy at scale.

The reputation management tools are especially valuable. We can monitor reviews across all platforms, respond in a timely manner, its ease of implementation and integration, and generate insights that help us improve patient satisfaction and brand perception. Yext's alerts and sentiment analysis features have empowered us to stay proactive rather than reactive when it comes to online feedback.

Overall, Yext has helped us protect and enhance the digital presence of our brand and our providers. It’s a critical part of our tech stack for maintaining trust with current and prospective patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had a few changes in account executes over the years which has made it difficult to have a Yext expert be experts on our account. However, the Yext Help Desk is always very helpful and quick to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing hundereds of online reputation listings with ease so we don't have to manage at the individuall practice level. It helps solve a massive reporting headache by consolidating all of our listings and reviews in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext creates a foolproof outline that makes it incredibly easy for me to follow when creating my website. The website looks beautiful as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything to dislike about yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an advisor with Merrill Lynch, yext allows me to market myself easily and seamlessly. Instead of creating my own website that looks half as good as yext's, I can just use yext's "plug and play" model to immediately create a website.

A Great Platform for Managing Listings

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is integral to handling location details for all of our stores. We use this platform daily. It is very easy to use once things are set up. The support team is very helpful when it comes to helping us manage issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to setting up new locations in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Yext to push location information to various platforms for our many stores, as well as for reputation management. It is very helpful when it comes to saving us time, as it pushes information from one location out to over 70 individual sites.

What do you like best about the product?
It replaces a more cumbersome system for updating ads for each promotion. The best feature for me is that when the store is closed for a holiday, I only need to update it on the Yext site and not a multitude of sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to override a promotion that we were doing different than corporate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is faster to upload a ad on Yext than it was with our other system. However, there is a feature on the other system that did not carry over (i.e. design before and after projects)

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Yext for almost a year on a daily basis, I can say that thanks to the vast number of features, it's easy to get quality pages deployed and updated in a short time as a software engineer. Different types of pages are quick to set up and running for both a shared preview for the client and locally. The platform is easy to understand, the SDKs are relatively well prepared for modern developer experience needs, resulting in quick experience when starting out with building websites. From my experience, the contributors to the open source libraries of Yext responded in timely manner, addressing the issues in days. The features fit most requirements of businesses, I sparingly had to reach out to or suggest third party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a software engineer perspective, error messages on platform and while using the software libaries are not always very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing web content and search experiences for different sized webpages.

Centralized Solution with Minor Reporting Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Yext, as it allows me to manage everything in one place instead of using multiple vendors. The help videos Yext provides are really great because they let me solve problems on my own and work independently when I need to. I also appreciate how using Yext helps keep all our Google listings up to date, which is really helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy too, thanks to the assistance of a knowledgeable representative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely, the help center, I would say. We go through many different project managers with Yext. You guys have a big turnover, I feel like, with it. And we don't always get the answers that we're looking for in a timely way. Sometimes it you know, it's many days or weeks or we have support tickets open for a longer period of time, and you know, we need answers right away. And, sometimes the team just doesn't have the answers for us and that's hard to go back to our ops team and share with them that you know, paying for services and yet sometimes we don't have the right tools to get us what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext consolidates our data and simplifies management. It solves the problem of dealing with multiple vendors. We centralize our Google listings and data, which keeps everything in one place, enhancing efficiency.
