Overall happy with Yext managing 1200+ entities

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to manage multiple locations at scale, which is huge with so many entities. I also like that support is pretty great and updates often. I use Yext every day for various things, including managing location data and posting social events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext is great. The only real dissatisfaction I have is with things out of Yext's control, such as Apple integration (in so much as allowing showcases to overlap) and Bing data issues which take a while to resolve (on Bing's side generally).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows bulk management of 1200+ listings. It also allows bulk posting of events, which is huge. This allows us to utilize our directory listings more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I enter information in one platform and it syncs across multiple sites. Good filters when searching for specific things. Overall, I'm impressed with the Yext site. Yext's main website it beautifully designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is the layout. Some of the navigation titles & organization are a bit confusing. For example, why is the location under "Knowledge Graph"? My mind keeps lumping it under "Listings". When editing entities, I wish the layout was designed better with better differentiation on the titles & sections like "Knowledge Assistant" and "Business Details". My eyes just seem to blend all the information together when scrolling through.

Q&A seems to be broken for some time.

Despite using Yext for almost 2 years, some of our locations haven't even moved into the top 10 online search results :(. I've added building photos, requested reviews, added a website, and hours of operation.

Yext takes some time to remove old photos when I'm replacing them with new ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped make our local church meetinghouses more visable whenever someone searches for a church near them. Calls from investigators have increased over time resulting in growing our congregations. It's also easy for other churches or organizations to reach us for various partnerships.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows me to update multiple digital locations at once with a quick response by each of the connected sites
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their customer service is slow to respond. It seems it takes a while to get things done or they’ll push problems off on Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly updating the platform to offer new things

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is always great, whenever we have questions about listings, they are always able to get to the bottom of the issue. We love how easy it is for our 2,000+ employees to update there website straight from the Yext Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times Yext can be a little tricky to navigate if you are not familiar with the system. In all we are happy with the service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hadnt had a true listing service before we got Yext. Our Loan officers love that they can be found on all the different sites. Yext also makes our lives easier by making it available for our employees to update there website info on there own.

Inconsistent Information Across Platforms: Businesses often struggle to keep their information consistent across various digital platforms. Yext solves this by providing a centralized platform where businesses can manage and update their information across all digital channels simultaneously

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to respond to all reviews coming in from different platforms. Loving the addition of Ai responses to make it easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if the reporting could be a bit more personalized. It would also be great to be able to see the pictures attached to a review within Yext instead of having to go into the native platform the review was left in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it very easy for the CX team to respond to all reviews, both negative and positive, in one place and in a very timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple to manage platforms, change holiday hours, and respond to reviews. This is a platform we use daily and has been easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some integration issues but Yext has been prompt in resolving.
