I've always been pleased using Yext!
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support! Always very responsive and happy to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to help when having issues with a particular platform. It's not always in Yext control, although I've run into issues where the platform is of no help and I cannot make any progress with my issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext seamlessly syncs my business to many other platforms. This benefits me by saving my time and energy having to individually upload my business to each platform.

Love Yext, always so responsive!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's help team for their responsiveness and attention to detail. I lvoe the AI tools and large API capacity as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Switched to Yext just 6 months ago and am very satisfied so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate the AI tools that enable me to update all publishers simultaneously and eliminate duplicates or errors through the Yext platform.
Yext is a game changer for getting lots of information out to lots of different search engines!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext has quarterly/bi-yearly Summits to inform all of its customers with the new features and updates! That is extremely benefical as we work in an industry that is steadily changing and advancing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of managing thousands of entities in Yext is that some may quit syncing so it takes time to resolve those listings that have errors, but Yext makes it easy to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is getting our provider information out to hundreds of different listings which saves us time and money in the long run! Additionally, Hitchhikers makes learning features quick and easy also!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of the platform and prompt replies from customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could duplicate providers for multiple listing. Currenlty, I am creating one at at time when a provider has multiple locations.

Easier creation for new listings.
The best for managing hundreds of listings
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool for managing all of your external listings in one place, especially if you manage thosands of profiles. The tool makes it easy to make bulk changes. It's always releasing new features to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit difficult to learn, so it takes a while to get up to speed. I wish the reporting features were a little less complex. I want to be able to quickly identify listings that could be optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is aggregating all of our external publishers and making it easy for us to manage our external location and provider listings in one place.
Great Tool; Great Customer Service; Great Results
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to publish updates on brick and mortar facilities across multiple search engines and sites with Yext.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a ton to complain about here. We have had good partners at Yext that have helped us when we're stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have thousands of locations across the U.S. and YEXT allows us to bulk upload and individually update huge listings with a few clicks. We've also been able to better work on reputation management using their tool.
Best Listing Provider I've Used
What do you like best about the product?
Super user friendly, all-in-one magic tool, and incredibly reliable support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there's a lot you can do there are some nuancens where you cannot do certain things because of the set up. Also, I wish I could respond to reviews for Google/App Store & Indeed/Glassdoor.

We have a many locations and it's incredibly easy to manage them all via Yext.
Great Platform with Powerful Functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
We transitioned from another listing and review generation platform and are very happy with Yext. After the initial implementation, we are enjoying the platform all the tools that it offer us for all of our locations and professionals. Support team is easy to get ahold via email and can usually resolve an issue quickly, or at least provide ETA from the publishers' side. I am on the platform daily and find it to be intuitive and simple to use for the first part.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial implementation took longer than expect, and there were promised and implicit features that turned out needed additional work or not readily available. It is also very important to start the work with a knowledgeable CSM to keep a constant line of communication to ensure our goals and needs are addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed 1) expand the number of publishers our listing are going to and 2) a programmatic way to deploy review requesting and manage it in an intuitive platform. Yext met both after our initial onboarding and implementation.

Seamless interface for all our store hours and location details
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont see any reason to dislike as of now.

We have 1200 + stores. All location timings and open status are seamlessly managed with API interface
Yext have given us a massive boost in our organic search traffic
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is an excellent platform, very configurable and allows us to keep on top of our SEO with a very lean internal team. Customer success and account team are available and help us to make best use of the platform and the implementation partner we used to integrate with the platform (Dentsu) were excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as yet, I've found Yext to be a good partner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows us to manage our search listings from one central place, which means customers can see details about our menu, opening hours and info about our restaurants clearly in Google maps and other publishers. We were performing badly in local search, and migrating to Yext Pages has almost instantly given our organic traffic numbers a boost. The implementation process was very well managed, and our new restaurant pages are much more effective at driving customers to our main calls to action than before.
