Very Useful for Multi-Location Updates with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The support is very good, the service is very useful for updating multiple location services with minimal effort

It could do with a little more clarity in the documentation

Yext allows updates to our multiple service locations to be published to multiple map services very quickly

Simple to use platform, with multiple functions to assist my business. Also the team at Yext have been very helpful when we need them

There isn't much to dislike. Sometimes i found the layout a little counter intuitive, but once you know where to look, its easy

Best-in-Class Location Management for Distributing Store Info Everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The best location management tool in the world which makes it possible to distribute local store information to all most important publishers. This tool takes you soo much work out of your hands, you can't imagine to manage your brand in the country or worldwide. Also you're able to create all kinds of automations easily to other tools that need local info real-time or sync your event data from Yext to your website in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs to use this tool are a bit high, especially when you have a lot of retail stores and it will take you resources to manage all details of store constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Distributing all neccesary local store information to all important online publishers of store info like Google, Apple, Yelp, but also local providers are massively available.

With hundreds of locations throughout the UK, it pulls everything into one place while keeping consistency across multiple networks
Multiple Locations - Easy to view data
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to preplan and set up my postings out days, weeks and months and be able to go back and see what I have set-up for the week as well as be able to categorize by location as some locations will need different types and times of marketing than others. This makes sure I have a good balance for each location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could somehow duplicate a post that I have made and just make minor changes. At least for how our company uses it, I am unable to copy a post and repost it for another location unless I start completely from scratch again. This increases chances for inaccuracies as well as time used. I know you can post the same post to multiple locations, however the hashtags for each location are different and if I am mentioning a site address in the post then I can't use that feature as the information would be incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does offer a lot of ways to track different metrics. Previously having to go to each site and pull information and here it collects data and allows me to quickly see what type of media is performing the best and what is not worth doing again. This helps me to make decisions quickly when creating upcoming posts.
Simple Interface, Effective Google Responses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple interface of Yext. I find that the responses for Google are well done and I haven't encountered any problems. The initial setup went smoothly, it's easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The full menu: widgets entities etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage our opening hours and respond to Google My Business reviews. The responses for Google are well done.
Simplicity and Efficiency with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simplicity of using Yext. Everything is well explained, which makes the user interface very accessible. Additionally, the final rendering is neat, which shows attention to detail in the site's design.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain news that I post appear as online on Yext but are not visible on the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext allows me to manage the site's news without being a web developer and without spending a lot of time on it.
Fast Auto-Replies, but No Clear Bio Approval Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
They send automatic replies to me quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not see any notification that they approved my bio from them. I had to follow up months later.

I needed my professional bio approved.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Yext's simple back end that makes it easy to make changes, which is super helpful given our large volume of healthcare workers. The dashboard is easy to work with. I also find that the content management process is an easy workflow, which makes things run smoothly.
