Effortless Profile Management Across Multiple Locations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make mass changes across all of our entities and all of our shops in a few quick clicks rather than going into each individual profile separately. It makes it really easy to change things like opening hours, look at reviews, and get a lot of stats and data all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes the software and the way things are laid out on the knowledge graph could be a little bit better. Sometimes I find it a little bit difficult to navigate to where I need to on the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage store profiles and reviews, easily change opening hours, and access stats all in one place. I like making mass updates across all shops quickly without editing each profile.
Effortless Store Management, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is reasonably priced and it's a very accessible platform and pretty easy to use. We didn't need a ton of training to get started quickly. We use it fairly sporadically, it just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is a bit high, other than that it's a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage store listings effectively across Google and other networks, making quick updates and removing listings easily, unlike Google My Business, which has store limits and is slower.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear menu and navigation. Real time search results and data is also really helpful.

It isn't automatically clear where you can make changes to search results and manipulate answers

We’re currently seeing some “no results” searches where there really shouldn’t be any. YEXT flags this as well and provides a way to push the appropriate results for those queries.

Easy management, not many issues. Haven't had many problems

When they do webinairs it's not in European timezones. You need to get to know the platform before you can use it

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity of Yext. It's very easy to use and it's very easy to train new employees on using the tool. Another standout feature is the analytical elements, which provide great insights with just a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the main issue is having to take the information from the Yext platform and then move over to your business manager to challenge fake reviews. This just complicates the process. An all-in-one solution would be grand.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the easy user interface, which makes navigation straightforward. The 'Text Scout' feature is particularly useful as it allows me to check search results and tailor my listings effectively. I also found the initial setup of Yext fairly easy.

The mobile user interface could be a little more specific to the mobile platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that my reviews are provided to me in a timely way and I can then immediately respond. I also appreciate that I get an email notification of the review and that I can respond right away and see the previous reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visuals on each page could be more appealing, which might encourage me to spend more time exploring the site. The pages are busy and boring.

I use Yext to get timely member feedback on classes, helping us understand enjoyment and retention.

The lag time between making a change in Yext and having our studio website actually reflect that update.
