A Powerful Tool to Boost Your Online Presence
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's ability to pull in customer reviews from multiple sources. It's made reputation managment much easier and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like about Yext is that I don’t always receive email notifications when someone posts a review. This makes it easy to miss new customer feedback unless I manually check the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving the problem of inconsistent business information across multiple online platforms. Before using Yext, I had to update each directory or review site manually, which was time-consuming and prone to errors. With Yext, all my listings are synced from one place, which saves time and ensures accuracy across Google, Facebook, Yelp, and more. This has helped improve our online visibility, customer trust, and ultimately, foot traffic and sales.
Sometimes inconsistent with user experience, but very good support
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff is very helpful and timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to use because edits sometimes do not populate, and you cand save them for later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with website edits not populating.

nothing so far, still new. But perhaps an option to view profile as it would appear to people searching

Overall experience is good and very user friendly.

I wish the reports would stay configured and stay on my dashboard.

The automated reports to different business units are a efficient time-saving platform to monito google reviews for different store locations

Bulk editing/or the option of responding to 30 or more reviews at the same time is not available in the platform

Effortless Review Management with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to see all of our reviews all on one site with Yext. It makes managing company reviews so much simpler. The initial setup of Yext was very easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it, giving it a high rating.

Yext solves the problem of manually managing reviews and makes it easy to see all our reviews on one site.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it simple to view and respond to reviews. The dashboard is easy to navigate.

No downsides to Yext! The program is user friendly, and does everything advertised.

It loops in all platforms into one spot and allows us to have efficient program management. Very easy to use!

When issues arise, it can be delayed getting a response from the team to resolve it.

It allows us to manage hundreds of locations and the click of the button and have quick transition of information.

Managing Reviews Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can access all my reviews at once. Our credit union has multiple locations so being able to have a central hub for them all is so helpful. I like that I can see when the review was, when we saw it, responded and the sentiment feature. I use it on a daily basis and it's helpful. Very easy to integrate and generally use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to have more control when downloading reviews. There are certain fields I don't need and it would save me a lot of time to customize what data fields I want. Also, when pulling reviews, I don't like that you can only see the 3 most recent reviews from Yelp. This ends up being very time consuming having to go to each location's Yelp page to try to find it. I would also find it helpful to have a screenshot of the review and response so it's equally I formatted and I don't have to pull it organically myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has streamlined our multi-location review management process in a big way. As a credit union with several branches, having a centralized dashboard where I can monitor, respond to, and analyze reviews across platforms is a huge time-saver. I especially value the timeline visibility—seeing when a review was posted, when we responded, and the sentiment—all in one place. I use it daily to stay on top of member feedback and identify trends quickly. It’s easy to use and integrates smoothly into our workflow.
