The new age of doing.
What do you like best about the product?
Yext gives me analytics that allow me to make better decisions about my business. Anything from knowing where I need to invest in my marketing and managing my current database of customers. My company made to switch to it and honestly it was easier to use than the old platform. Now my review answers are on autopilot. I only had to reach out to customer support once and they made me aware of even more AI tools on the horizon.
What do you dislike about the product?
My somewhat issue with Yext is not even a Yext problem but I do have some limited visibility into the back end of my website. This is Allstate controlled and not their fault but I wish even on the Yext platform I could have some other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a large book of customers, it has been difficult keeping up with the numbers that drive the business. either on the service or the sales side. I am happy to see the important tools we need came included. Most importantly, having one place to manage all my social media and site reviews are definitely a blessing. I love the fact that AI is at the forefront of their focus to help me customize my approach to reach out to customers in the future. However, so far, I have seen an increase in customers contacting my office due to the positive reviews. Year over year, I have seen a 15% increase in new business because of this platform. More importantly we are 48% up on contact events.

What do you like best about the product?
This app has become a must-have for managing my business, thanks to its intuitive interface and helpful setup.I really appreciate the ease of use. Yext monitors, analyzes, and reports customer reviews and helps me anaylze trends. It was a breeze to integrate and the staff loved it once it was implemented which only took days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that their customer service can be slow to respond to issues. Thankfully it's a great product and using it frequently we haven't had any issues needing customer service very often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see a snapshot all in one place is key in having a pulse on our clients.
User friendly and saves time updating business details
What do you like best about the product?
It’s great not having to visit 5 different sites to update store hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much is bad. Mobile version could be slightly better designed for small screens.

the efficiency of user interface makes it easy to manage and update a brand/team's online presence.

I like that Yext is very organized and the interface is very welcoming to first time users. It eases the user in and allows them to venture into different options while also educating them on the usage.

I personally do not have anything to dislike about Yext.

Up to date information, ranges can go from one day to multiple years! Soon much data collected its incredible

Downside is sometimes it takes the next day results to load 24 hrs later ex. if I want to see the change in my yext score from yesterday..it may not be avaliable to me yet

Telling me what is going right and wrong in my locations in real time. Able to adjust coach and better performance on a daily basis. More sales better people is how I benefit
Yext is easy to navigate and have specialists ready to assist but the approval process can be long

Easy to navigate and it is an effective way to see your entire virtual presence in one coherent location

The approval time to make changes can be frustrating. Also, when you make formatting changes within the editing function, it does not always publish as expected

The best part about Yext is the customer service. Every time I have a question or need help, the Yext help desk is the best help desk i've worked with.

I wish there was an undo and redo button on Yext

Understanding your Customer
What do you like best about the product?
Yext automates creating media related web sites that allow for uniform distrubution of media and activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is startlingly obvious that analyst functions are missing from the interface between Yext and this customer. vocabulary is missing ie entity is a ward location - not a ward as multible wards can meet in one location. the soft ware is not intuitive - most users are low level. our most important function is to maintain the entity/ward location information. i have to intuitively know that knowledge leads to entity and that i need to click on locations to find the old page that was titled entity. why has no one made a master icon list with a button leading directly to ward location? our second most import function is to respond to web comments on our wards. social? reviews? both are glitchy sections. first few times i went to reviews it just returned error messages. as a user the site is overly complicated for the typical LDS support person.
