What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Yext and that it has a very streamline user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is almost too much information which can sometimes be intimidating and cumbersome to search through.

It is helping us help customers see what shops look like prior to visiting.

Great Central place to view and confirm information
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Yext is the simplicity. The ability to have all mediums in one setting, from Google, Apple, Yelp, Facebook, all in one setting to adjust hours and have them flow into the correct systems. It makes things a lot easier when it comes to ensuring that these mediums are syncing correctly.The implementation of the system is amazing to view all these items in one spot. Customer support is very responsive and mindful in making sure that these items are addressed. I frequently use Yext to check the system to confirm that the integration of the platforms are up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the issue is when there are multiple changes, it can lock up updates for certain platforms like Apple Maps or Google Maps. Outside of that, all is well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving problem through their Digital Experience Platform and keeping up with multiple locations. It makes it easy to review information but also confirm if something is reported incorrectly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that its a one stop shop to mange 170 Locations that I'm in charge of. Helps streamline SEO top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately I'm a third party vendor under Verizon so I dont have full access to the platform. I often have to open a ticket to Verizon then it passes to Yext. Its frustrating at times because we should have the full access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One post to all my locations is awesome. I get to streamline all the google posting with the click of one button for all locations.
Easy to navigate and update any details. Love the functionality

It's easy to to make changes and navigate. Covers many areas that are relevant. Customer service has always been helpful with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say downsides but some of the linkage for the team websites need working.

Works well for local reviews
What do you like best about the product?
Most of my experience with yext has been handling reviews for local locations. Yext has been great in keeping reviews organized and helping the team respond to reviews in a timely manner, as well as keeping track of location ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been some friction in resolving store location data in Apple maps, but the rest of the experience has gone well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company needed a way to keep track of hundreds of locations and keeping information up to date for them. Yext has been great in helping keep all information updated and organized.
Wonderful Experience with Yext
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me a bar that shows my level of success with my website. It's very easy to use as a software, and I seem to not need to constantly login to make sure that it's actually being utilized correctly. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's great! The software is very easy to use.

It's solving my ability to be in front of clients. It posts me in front of people locally.
Solid product, a bit ugly looking, but functional

Relatively simple to set up, nice drag and drop functionality, doesn't require coding

A bit clunky - I don't love the Add Asset section, always confuses me
