What do you like best about the product?
YEXT allows us to manage things quickly and effectively, especially when it comes to being a large enterprise. One of our favorite things about YEXT is the support we receive. Our Success Manager is always finding ways to boost our Brand, and the YEXT support team is more than gracious overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, we don't find any downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
YEXT is helping us to save time, money, and resources that we previously spent to manage our listings. The benefit of having YEXT is knowing you have a solid partner with a solid relationship with industry giants like Google and Facebook, which we all rely heavily on for growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a Local listings management platform, YEXT is going to be your best choice.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use as an organization-wide information hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface is annoying. I end up with many browser tabs open so I can keep my place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management, customer Q & A, website search functionality.

Benefits: easy to make updates to web listings. Google My Business integration is very fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a lot of online listings, do it. It will make your life much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
For having individual and brick & mortar listings within the platform, I like structuring it in a way that makes sense for our organization. Yext's support is also solid, as they're ready to assist no matter the question or issue that needs assistance. Their analytics section is also very robust, providing detailed information on listings and overall performance. Lastly, they have a detailed on-boarding process for new clients and specific steps to ensure we're set up for success in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike with the platform. The filtering options can seem cumbersome at times with so many choices to pick and overall a relatively intuitive tool to get acclimated to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Launch the platform to help with reputation management, as well as building upon SEP for our physician and entity listings.

What do you like best about the product?
The Yext team is very responsive with excellent follow-up. They strive to address all follow-up items promptly and have the necessary resources available to ensure the project moves along in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vernacular is different. So make sure you understand what is or is not in "scope" based on conversations/email dialog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working through development timing (more on our side), managed service hours, and rollout schedule.

Yext is great at making sure all of our doctors' and specialists' information is up-to-date and accurate across various online platforms and directories. They have direct APIs into most of the major platforms, and that makes things so easy and efficient for us. We also have a great support team that is always responsive and provides excellent customer service.
