What do you like best about the product?
The hands-on customer support and easy access to all of your data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of reporting and use, templatization of the business listing creation process, engaging and thoughtful account management, Enterprise level solution for the org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext as a whole can get price when considering you are tapping into free listing platforms more often than not. That aside, the value and returns gained from a strong organic listing with quality information far outweighs the hard costs on the P&L sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ultimately, we have 135+ US Locations and Yext helps us not only unify our location data but make sure it is fully optimized for quality SEO, member experience for directions and that our listings accurately present the quality of our spaces.
Update All Your Online Business Info in One Place!
What do you like best about the product?
It saves me time since I can update all my business info on one place, such as hours of operation, holiday hours, menu items and other business attributes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the fields in the Business Entities Description Information I'm not sure how to complete. Things like: Geomodifier, Neighborhood, Impressum, what3words address, website overrides, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely saving me time having everything in one place for all 8 of our locations.
Highly recommend Hearsay Social for social media needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very easy to use to upload and create posts and social content. A user can now upload videos directly which wasn't offered previously or by competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the metrics behind reports isn't easy to read or sometimes needs to be fine tuned.

Yext helped us organize and manage 200+ listings across multiple channels
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant benefits of Yext are data consolidation and entry into new publishers. Yext allows us to house all information and details of each of our 200+ locations in one place. Since signing up with Yext, we have been able to create profiles on publishers that we otherwise would not have had time to do. Leads from some of the smaller publishers have already come through!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the more prominent publishers that require authentication, it has been difficult to sync our profiles into the system. I am still not 100% confident in that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest pain point that Yext solves is profile management across publishers. Before, if we wanted to change the description of a location's profile, we had to change each profile for that location. Now, we make one change on the Yext platform, which reflects across all publishers.
Yext is versatile, growing, and impactful
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Yext has a comprehensive learning platform (Hitchhikers) and a board for ideas. Yext also has a lot of useful data analytics that are customizable based on the insights you are trying to gather. Our Yext representative has also been very supportive and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext has many features that are costly, especially for a growing business like ours. If there were ways to access stronger solutions without having to always pay high prices for it, that would be awesome.

Yext is allowing us to have visibility on all of our listings and continue to update them in a streamlined way. Yext also is benefiting us by giving us analytics that we can use to inform our decisions made at a regional level.
Yext has helped us streamline our listings management for our 70+ locations.
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is most helpful for editing hours, restaurant information, and making any other mass or individual changes to our listings in multiple places at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Yext is that is doesn't link up to all of our digital platforms (Olo, Punchh) so it's not a one-stop shop for our specific tech stack.

Helpful Account Management
What do you like best about the product?
The account setup process with Yext was seamless. Their account support team was very professional and responsive. They answered all of my questions and helped to ensure our company listings would be set up correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hitchhikers learning program might be too time-consuming to use effectively. The content is lengthy, with a large amount of reading. This content might be more easily consumed if it was condensed or explained through videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Moz Local for our company web listings, but this service was not comprehensive enough for our needs. With Yext, we are covered on a broader network of listings.
Easily Manage Online Listings & Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage reviews and listings with Yext. The support team is very helpful when issues arise. The reporting/analytics section is also super helpful, especially for emailing automated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to get cases resolved. Also, I wish we could get help with updating outdated listings for entities that are no longer in our knowledge graph without having to pay extra to create an entity first.

Good product, good customer service.
What do you like best about the product?
The clean interface, easy-to-find what I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some filtering options that are missing. I haven't figured out how to access them, or add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing over 100 retail locations manually proved to be next to impossible. Now bulk uploads, and one-stop-shopping makes it less of a chore. Multiple logins to share the burden is also extremely helpful.
