What do you like best about the product?
Yext's platform is incredibly easy to use. When you need one place to manage hundreds - thousands of listings, Yext's features make it simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is certainly the most costly listings management product on the market; however, their innovative, ever evolving, forward-thinking approach to search is extremely valuable. They are thought leaders in this industry and their team is full of experts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of multiple listings, collecting data on website search behavior. Yext answers has helped us optimize our website for conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is the best-in-class business listing software which is a must-have for all businesses that want to grow. Not only is the software strong, but the support is also fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface feels a bit industrial and dated, but that's ok as it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help my client's businesses be found more often and drive traffic to their websites, further strengthening SEO.

What do you like best about the product?
We have a great manager we work (Brendan) with and he is quick to answer any questions that we might have. Yext is great because all the information we need to get out to our guests is all on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike. Yext is great for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has been great as we are able to update changes due to covid. Adding masks are worn by employees, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the tools used to create interest with clients, the impact the product makes on a location's search visibility, and the high-quality support Yext provides to its partners and their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is so deep I wish I had more time to learn all that it can do and leverage more of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business listing inaccuracies and lack of local listing distribution is mainly how we use the service to help our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext is a widely popular tool that allows us to connect via APIs and integrations to our proprietary platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service seems to be really buggy at times. It is hard to connect Facebook or Google My Business to the yext account and it is unclear why it works sometimes and does not work others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We allow our clients to keep their directory listings consistent across a variety of platforms. This is especially valuable being that we are a SEO company and our goal is to increase the online presence of clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext pretty much has a monopoly on the directory listing game.

What do you like best about the product?
We have over 80 locations across the country and each have their own landing page. My team spent hours trying to reel in all of our business listings and didn't feel we ever made any progress. Yext came in and within hours had all of our listings scooped up from across the internet and neatly placed in our dashboard. Now if an addition or change needs to be made, it can reach all related business listings at once which ensures our information stays consitant. I would highly recommend Yext to any business that wants to keep their on-line presence organized and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that my account rep has changed so many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits we have realized through partnering with Yext is an increase in Google ranking, an increase in leads and an increase in revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Yext to any business that wants to stay at the top of search engine results. If your business listings are incomplete or contain the wrong information, it will hurt your Google ranking.

What do you like best about the product?
Their system is great and we wanted to help our company with their System. It works great, now that they have called us and everything looks great.
What do you dislike about the product?
That with 20 requests for help on their site and countless calls and text to the person who sold us their system. not one call from them to help finish setting us up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were left in the dark with our sales rep, but corp called us and helped us finish setting everything up perfect..

This is a good system that every company should have to be seen by thousands of people.

A Complicated but Useful Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows us to help our customers achieve their SEO goals on a local and national level. The platform makes it easy to track data across all search aggregators and allows us to ensure that client data is synced across the board. It's particularly useful for clients who have moved to a new location or changed business names. What could have been a nightmare for clients who’ve made changes to their business can now find the whole process less stressful. It’s also a great tool for changing business hours. Being in a mountain town where most companies are tourist-based and run seasonally, Yext allows us to update client information in real-time. It helps us get the client's correct data to the world in a timely manner and keeps it correct universally. We also have a great sales and support team at Yext they always take the time to chat with us about issues we find, though we don’t always find solutions, we always talk them out. They also spend a lot of time on training for our sales team and making sure that as a whole our company can use Yext to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many things. The platform is clunky to use and almost nothing is user-friendly or intuitive. I have just begun training on this platform about three months ago. I use it daily and I still am not entirely sure that what I am doing is right. This is not a simple product to use. One of the biggest zones of contention in our office is the Yext platform reporting. We sell Yext as a stand-alone product as well as a package ad on and we provide our clients with monthly reporting. The reporting of Yext may show useful information to us, but as a client-facing view, it is extremely lacking. Often times when a client gets the report they try to cancel because they can't see the value of the product, then our sales reps have to go in and walk them through to a tentative understanding. I really wish that the reporting had better options for client-facing data. We live in a rural area where we still have to convince our clients that the internet is real and these reports do nothing to help us. Furthermore, with all of our other products we use Whatagraph to provide reporting that is client-facing and streamlined but Yext doesn't offer integration so we still have to pull up the reporting from Yext when a client needs to see it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has become a key piece in our SEO offerings and brings great value to our clients when paired with our existing SEO packages. For clients that have moved or changed their company name, Yext is invaluable in correcting the data so that our client's customers always know where to find them. We operate in a lot of rural areas, and being able to find a local business on a map is really important for our clients. Yext allows us to lock in client data, store it, and sync it across every available platform and search engine in one step. We could never afford the staff and hours it would take to do this process by hand one site at a time. Yext makes the process efficient and effective. The addition of Yext makes our service offerings more robust and adds true value to our existing service catalog. We now pair Yext automatically with nearly every digital marketing and SEO package we offer. It makes a great add-on and upsell piece when our sales staff is courting a new client. They may not have great client-facing reporting to back it up, but the Yext platform absolutely delivers on all of its promises. We also have a great customer service team that takes the time to listen to our questions, try to solve problems and provides training for our whole team.

As long as you are using this platform behind the scenes and not as a client-facing tool it is an invaluable asset to any digital marketing strategy.
