Yext Solved Address Problem

What do you like best about the product?
Our suite was No. 100, and another location was No. 140. When patients were going to the wrong location listed on Google Maps, it caused a lot of frustration and made for an unsatisfactory patient experience. I went to Yext and updated the address listing. Yext information fixed the address on Google Maps within a few minutes, and the office manager was very grateful. The wrong location problem had plagued this office for months, and we were able to resolve it within a few minutes (at least when people sought the address on Google Maps).
What do you dislike about the product?
I contacted customer support for Google Verification for the above location. It took a long time for them to get back to me, then they didn't resolve my issue, which was whether or not we needed Google Verification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate that we can view all of our locations in one tool and make easy updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can response to reviews on multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is frustrating that they don't have a closer relationship with Apple so when a new store opens you have to wait a few days for their hours to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing Franchises to update their store hours and respond to reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is to integrate with the website and make it searchable. And Answers are too good for the product. Also, easy to integrate and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to be disliked. But pricing is on the little higher side if we compare with other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing analytics based on current storage, which is very easy to analyze.

Poor Customer Service For An Expensive Service

I tried to reach out to the person who sold the service. We are having some issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer service is poor. It is like YLEP they sell it and if you need service no one exists.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency to correct facts across multiple websites. Reminders and alerts things need attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales guy I had. He was responsive when I was on the potential sale side but once I signed he is not helpful at all. I was an enterprise client before a reseller partner and so familiarity with YEXT was high, however, the first contract had contradicting info so I did not sign and waited until I had what I was told was needed to achieve my contract needs. Months later when I thought I had met those needs, I was told my understanding was incorrect. I then decided I could live with the requirements and when I received my second contract I repeated the same process as the first time yet different issue. I would have agreed I misunderstood had I not been familiar and versed in YEXT contracts and negotiations prior. It made my view of YEXT go from completely awesome to “well I guess they don’t care unless you’re Enterprise”.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Local search data is accurate and fixable as before without YEXT I could not get the information on the sites and the companies would not help for the most part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the training documents. The videos aren’t as helpful. They are very short and high level, not drilled down. The library of support documentation and sales tools overall is great but a little overwhelming. Sometimes less is more but if you focus on one service at a time, the rest should be less confusing. Just make sure to ask the community, not just your sales rep where to begin. A roadmap to learning what first and so on is very helpful in hindsight.

What do you like best about the product?
It took us about 30 minutes to set it up, mostly due to internal code review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the backend is a little hard to navigate for beginners, but we have a Hitchhiker for that, and it's a non issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to have an easy way for customers to find answers to our products that didn't involve them going to Google.
