Yext Helps our Business Grow
What do you like best about the product?
Yext allows us to manage 100+ locations across multiple platforms seamlessly. When making a singular change, we are confident it is reflected across our entire online presence. Customer service is quick and easy when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides to using Yext from our years of using the platform.

Managing multiple locations with ease and syncing online footprint.

There have been a few times I haven't been able to find an option that I wanted on the site like just sending a review link to customers without preselecting the customers just a generic link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a system we use directly through Allstate and it helps us easily manage our agency website and reviews online from the agency level

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of the platform. It meets a lot of our business use cases. I was using the platform daily in a previous role. We're now evaluating use of the tool in my new role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration we use has been around for a few years and has become complex to support. It also clutters the YEXT UI. We've also had issues with issue escalation via customer support for Production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Location syndication for external platforms like Google, Apple, Yelp along with location search within our digital experiences.

Ease of use, setup in a way that makes sense, and customer support is fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain publishers are more difficult to work with and Yext has limitations on what it can do on those publishers.

Yext makes it easier to get information out to multiple platforms, instead of having to manage these pages on every platform.
YEXT is a great system
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses it for our listings in Google, it's super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support/helpdesk can take 24 hours to respond.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is updating our toll free phone numbers for all of our offices in the Google Listing, that's over 300 offices so it saves me time in not having to do each office manually.
Customer support and features are lacking
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to have all reviews funnel into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm never really sure if the information for our stores is being put out on all the sites. Customer support is unhelpful and I'm never clear on who my contact is. The reviews are very boring and repetitive. The program is very expensive for what you get. I'm actively looking for a new vendor for this now. I think we can do better for less.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us make sure that all reviews are being replied to. That increases our SEO so that's good for us.

Sometimes my clients don't get the email for the review and I have to resend or use a different email.

Ease of website updates
What do you like best about the product?
I think the customer support team is very helpful. They respond in a timely manner and help us with our issues. It's also nice that delegates can be assigned to help other FAs with their websites, which is something that we use a lot

I do wish there was some room for customization in terms of formatting where things go on the website, but I understand that might be difficult and could result in more people making errors to their website

Yext allows us to not have to build our website from scratch, being able to create and make edits to our website without the need for coding or web design knowledge. Also with FAs being too busy to make edits to their website at times, assigning delegates allows the work to be given to other team members to help make necessary updates
