Solved a major pain point for 200+ provider healthcare practice
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to batch update hours, numbers, and more on the fly. The account management and support teams have been excellent to work with. I strongly recommend budgeting for Premier Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The duplicate suppression feature is not a complete solution. There is still a lot of manual support required to identify duplicate listings that are auto-populated across the digital ecosystem, which is a major benefit to enlisting Premier Support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online directory management is a major pain point for many organizations with multiple locations. In our case, Yext has greatly reduced the number of confused patients trying to locate our healthcare locations.
Yext has made my job a millon times easier. I count on them to make sure our listings are doing well

Sometimes things get lost in the mix but nothing a little communication can't fix

It's a very user friendly platform, allowing you to edit most of your listings all in one place.

It seems like Yext is starting to veer off from their main focus.

Managing over 25+ location listings for our hotel properties and restaurants. It is tremendously helping with our SEO and overall brand recognition.

The ability to manage information for locations in a single section that automatically pushes the information out to all relevant listing sites.

The current lack of a drag and drop CMS solution.

Been with Yext at a couple of stops now. Always very professional and responsive.

Always very professional and responsive. Platform is solid and they are always making enhancements to their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always clear to us what the next most important area of our account is to clean up. Listings also getting deprecated or disconnected without much explanation. Would be nice to know ahead of time when old listings platforms will be going away and new listing options are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have visibility into how well and how much activity our listings are fetching, primarily our GMB actions. Love the YoY, prev. period stat comparisons.

ORiginally it was the "write once-publish many" directory listing features...which we still use. But the platform has expanded way beyond that ....I hope we can use the new features on our new web platform soon!

Nothing really. it all seems to be working sa advertised.

Yext has allowed me to consolidate many of my business search services into one platform.

Sometimes the platform can seem a bit confusing for some end-users.

We are saving hours of labor by removing the need to log into various systems to make updates to pages for each individual location. Therefore, Yext is saving us money in labor and allowing us to focus that time elsewhere. Furthermore, it ensures that details match across multiple sites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that users who also manage Yelp, be sure to add the Yelp connection to Yext. You may need to work with your Yelp and your Yext account reps to accomplish this.
Intuitive, supportive, effective platform. Highly recommend.

Their Customer Success Managers are friendly, know the platform inside out and above all, genuinely want to do their best for their clients. The introduction of their Answers platform trial was an eye-opener which has increased website functionality beyond anything we could have achieved in-house.

Interface can be intimidating at first, but once you know your way around it's easy.

Changing search engine listings is an easy enough job, but having to manage multiple profiles across hundreds of sites and search engines is a never ending job. I initially signed up to Yext to see how much easier the task could be and from then the relationship has gone from strength to strength.

Know what you want to achieve as a starting position and get to know the platform as much as possible. From there you can build on a solid foundation.
