Intuitive Platform for Centralized Location Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Yext is intuitive and simple to use. The Hitchhikers platform is particularly valuable because it provides a wide range of instructions and info that has answered every how-to question I've had, making the platform very useful. The initial setup was pretty smooth with the help of Yext support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing Google listings directly isn't very simple. If I could do everything through Yext that I can do on Google's platform directly, that would make Yext even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing store listings and location pages, solving the problem of managing a large number of locations in a centralized place.
Effortless Management for Accurate Listings
What do you like best about the product?
I think Yext is really easy to use, and it's nice that it manages other vendors for me. I only have to manage one vendor, which is Yext, instead of worrying about Google, Apple, Waze, Bing, and Yelp individually. I just need to ensure the Yext information is correct from my end, and then I'm good. Yext saves me a lot of time by automatically updating all of my company's online listings and ensuring they have the correct information, like hours and days they're open, menu items, addresses, phone numbers, etc. It's like a centralized way to keep everything up-to-date, and that's really helpful. Whenever something is incorrect, I don't have to worry about contacting Google because Yext handles it on my behalf, thanks to their relationship with them, which is really valuable.

I use Yext to sync my company's online listings, saving time on manual updates and ensuring outdated info isn't shown. It centralizes updates automatically, making it helpful.

I think the interface is sometimes pretty clunky. I do spend a lot of time having to search through various menu options to find what I need.

Sometimes it’s challenging to find exactly what I’m looking for, so it can take a few extra minutes to locate what I need before I can even start executing a task.

All-in-One Review Tracking with Smart AI Replies
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track reviews and reply for all locations on one platform. it also provides great AI / Intelligence replies to modify to my liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations of business is a bit tricky when it comes to adding locations. The product performance takes some time to align with google's timeline as well for reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext solves the issue of having to visit each individual location page and put everything in one place. Saves me much time a great ROI.

I really enjoy the convenience that Yext offers. I find the insights and review management tools to be particularly valuable, making it easier to handle content and search engine management. The initial setup was also very easy, which was a pleasant surprise.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's great connectivity with partnerships with major listings, which makes it valuable for better optimization of local listings and review management. I find the listing management to be effective, and Yext solves connectivity issues quickly. The initial setup of Yext was very easy, making it a smooth experience to start using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Yext does not showcase actual revenue through API integrations to effectively demonstrate its value from a quantitative perspective. Currently, it just shows an up and down on listings views, which doesn't reflect the actual numbers for the company. Improving this could help higher-level executives see the true value of the listings.

Yext provides better optimization for local listings, enhances review management, and offers clarity on effective paths. It quickly solves connectivity issues.

The support is sometimes slow and it isn't always easy to get direct answers when experiencing issues.

Time-Saver but Needs Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like Yext because it cuts down on time managing profiles across publishers, which saves a lot of time. Updating information on the platform is super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some poor account reps; I've heard multiple things from multiple reps. It's led to a lot of frustrating time spent on the phone with publishers. Responding without multiple emails and being more knowledgeable could be improved. I think one time we went 3 months without hearing anything.

Yext cuts down on time managing profiles across publishers, saving a lot of time for my work.
