Poor training, poor customer service, poor user interface.

Very easy to use and update things as needed, customer service with any issues have been great as well.

There isnt much to dislike, it all seems helpful and straight forward and reaching out for help has always been great.

What do you like best about the product?
They are helpful, provide great communication, and are reliable.

Issues I have ran into have been outside of their control and they send helpful steps to resolve.

Yext makes responding easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext notifies me right away about a new review, and lets me go straight to it from my email with a quick link. I also like how we can set up our own auto responses, and even lets AI help us create the perfect answer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any downsides. I suppose the time needed to link all of our accounts could be a down side, but that's really our own fault since there are so many places to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us respond to reviews quickly, and without having to search around for them.

Yext has been helpful to manage all our data for our businesses that go to GMB.
It has been great to go in there and make changes to office hours, or details in a group edit, instead of going into 90+ different accounts to update.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a few issues with the verifying process on our GMB pages. It would be nice to be more straight-forward to ensure that we have the correct GMB page linked in Yext.

Instead of going into 90+ community pages, I am able to make the edits quickly and see everything at a glance.

Very helpful team, but challenging editing
What do you like best about the product?
The Yext support team was very responsive, helpful, and kind in providing the support I needed to edit our team's website. They answered all my questions thoroughly and even made edits on my behalf that I was unable to make because of issues I ran into with the editing interface. The design is modern and clean-looking, but could be more user-friendly for navigation purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the dimensions of our profile photos was clunky and difficult. It would be nice to have an easier way to crop photos and customize the exact dimensions that will show up on the website. I had to have Yext support make these edits for me because I was unable to after multiple tries.

Yext helps our wealth management team reach more potential clients as digital advertisement becomes increasingly prevalent among the generation most in need of financial advising. Yext helps us to create a clean, modern-looking website for us to be easily found by tech-savvy individuals in our area now looking for advice and guidance in reaching their financial goals. By having a digital presence that we are proud to present, we can be confident that this will reflect in how potential clients trust and respect us to manage such an important area of their lives and future.
