What do you like best about the product?
The customer support staff is super helpful.

Sometimes when I call I wont get an answer and have to leave a message.

Yext is creating time efficiency in making updates to my advisor website.
Very intuitive platform with many capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Yext is the ease of use, and the great costumer support. Whenever I have any issues or am having trouble the customer support is quick to give solutions or direct me in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics user interface could be improved.

Yext is helping to simplify website interface management.

I'd really appreciate it if the website navigation could be made more intuitive—it would help users find what they need more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the convenience of the platform. Yext has an extremely user friendly interface, providing an organized layout that is convenient when making website changed and updatges.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like some of the design limitations. I believe a customization factor would be beneficial, or at least a broader variety of options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext simplifies the task of Website maintenance and management. The software is user friendly and makes the experience simple and efficient for the user.

Great website
What do you like best about the product?
Yext is a great website. It has all my customer reviews for all 4 of my stores in one spot. It is very easy to use and it has worked like magic so far to help locate each good/or bad review and to contact who i need to make things right or thank the person that left the review. Thank you yext!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on my iPhone it doesn’t show the whole page but I turn it to the side and it works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me know what stars for each location and where and what I need to improve on to help get customers in our stores.

Good product and software, bad and slow customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The product is quite intuitive and very capable with many integrations and options. It's helped consolidate a lot of listings on multiple platforms with capabilities, being very easy to connect to multiple systems, even our internal tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account management is extremely frustrating. The onboarding process was very slow and nonresponsive. Getting a reply from our account manager has been next to impossible. We followed up almost every day for 3 weeks and never heard back and had to Contact a new Sales person on the website to be able to get an answer. They will be responsive during signing and weeks surrounding renewals, but immediately crickets afterwards. Very disappointing and unproductive account management and support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a growing company, we didn't have a consolidated platform to house all of our listings, and it is not scalable to keep signing up for individual platforms and manually inputting change on every single one for the many business locations that we have. Yext helps consolidate them and also give localized access to people on the field.
Yext for Online Reputation Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I love having the ability to monitor all the stores in my dispatch in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional ability to export data would be helpful.

It allows me to monitor all 47 stores in my dispatch easily.
Very Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can filter out reviews to only see 5 stars and certain locations at a time. I also like that you can search up key words in the reviews.

I haven’t had any complaints since using it.

It is easy to reply to all comments from multiple platforms.
