We have truly enjoyed working with Yext. Their staff and support team are outstanding.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and representative that you get along with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into an issue with our GMB listings. Had to reverify the entire set which caused frustration and us not having access to our GMB listings for over a month. However, Yext did work hard to remedy the issue and it was eventually resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have greatly improved our online presence and the Answers platform has led to a much better search experience on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext provides an invaluable service for us. We operate a very large 6k+ franchise business with frequent changes to individual offerings as well as openings. Yext gives us the leverage to continue operating without the benefit of a large team. This is especially important given the extraordinary challenges COVID has presented to the business and the unfortunate contraction of employees in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues so far, we're working on getting the API integration done, and have high hopes for time savings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext gives us the extra leverage we need to manage information complexities related to a very large franchise operation. We've been able to accomplish more with less labor.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the individual store listing pages and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tabs at the top could be organized better- overall site could use more color I find everything looks the same and I get confused.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need assets to be able to apply to yelp reviews. There is also a lag time in reviews uploading due to GMB.

Give Erin a raise! IT should answer a little quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed building relationships with our partners at Yext. They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients feel supported. Even during a pandemic, nothing skipped a beat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform can be tricky to use. Things aren't always an intuitive as you'd think. Several support staff work on our account and they don't always know our strategy which can be difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has helped us provide relevant and accurate practice and provider information to the right person at the right time. They have also helped to create a consistent search experience for our consumers. Over time we have optimized our listings to increase traffic to our website, rank in local pack and drive conversions.
An efficient and effective tool that makes reputation and listings management possible at scale
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Yext is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They're always offering new ideas tailored to our strategy and have helped us reach our listings and reputation management goals over the past three years. It would be nearly impossible -- or at least much more cumbersome -- to manage our 4000+ entities without the help of Yext. The support team is also quick and efficient and there hasn't been an issue that they weren't able to help solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most things, the initial set-up does require a somewhat heavy lift. However, the Yext team is available to help get you through it and it's worth the work once you're done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is complex. Yext helps us manage the digital representations for more than 4000 physicians and locations, which would be next to impossible for our team to do alone. Updates are quick, easy, and reflected seamlessly across the web in the places our patients expect correct information every time. Benefits of our partnership include countless hours saved, more streamlined access to scheduling, and providers who are happy that their digital presence is well maintained.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The work with Yext is most effective if you have someone on your team who has time to spend working in the platform every day. You can't set it and forget it and expect to be successful.

The integration with Google and some of the health care provider are not as seamless as possible.

Yext is a great enterprise solution to maximize citation management and reputation management.
Yext has been a huge help in updating and keeping our 400+ locations up to date online.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to update in one place and see results throughout the web. I would also say the personal attention we receive when we have an issue is a big plus. Our rep goes above and beyond to make sure our team is taken care of and our issues are solved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that if you change up your Facebook login credentials you occasionally have to re-setup the connection with YEXT to get your analytics pulled in from Facebook. Very minor thing though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of updating 400+ locations, with everything from large hospital campuses to a clinic with 1 doctor and 1 nurse in a 300 person town. The level of work to manage 70+ listings for each location we have would be the work of an entire department. Now 2 of us can keep up with the work and updates using only a few hours a week.

The team at Yext is very responsive and does a great job at working through any issues we have.

Some technical aspects have been hard to overcome, but over time we've been able to work through them.

We use Yext for our local store listings and have been able to get people into our system to apply for loans, which is what we do.
Great Experience with the Yext Team
What do you like best about the product?
Yext offers a helpful and responsive team of experts during all phases of the onboarding and implementation process and beyond. Their platform is powerful and used by several well-known companies. I have full confidence that by using Yext our organization's SEO, brand awareness and ultimately revenue will see an increase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Parts of the Yext platform were difficult to customize for our specific business model. While the team was always willing to accommodate some modifications took longer than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that led us to working with Yext was the organic discoverability of our company and agents. We had very little presence on SERP's and what was there was often negative. Since using Yext our agents' sites are generating more traffic and activity and appearing higher in search results, pushing down negative content as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext is a great company with industry experts when it comes to online discoverability. I highly recommend them to any company looking to grow or improve their online reputation and discoverability.
Our experience has been excellent working with YEXT and they are integral part to our team!

The best thing we like about YEXT is the automation of complex datasets, ability to make large scale changes, and our account team!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides to YEXT is all of the ancillary services/products that are not included in the already pricey base subscriptions.

YEXT helps us solve the problem of keeping our online store-level information accurate to provide the best experience for our customers. Additionally, they have helped us scale content at the hyper-local level to attract customers when they are searching.
