What do you like best about the product?
Yext has been an important and long-term partner for Huddle House. We've been able to deliver accurate and time information to guests looking to make a dining decision, which leads to restaurant visits, while creating significant efficiencies in time due to their robust Knowledge Graph.

From improving rankings and driving conversions, the Yext team has been laser-focused on driving results and sales to the bottom line, while delivering best-in-class client services. We're particularly grateful to Ron Mulliken and Michael Tuntevski for their partnership and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more interaction with clients when it comes to product development. Potentially a client advisory board that provides a forum that focuses on elevating the products and services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today more than ever it's imperative for brands to provide timely and accurate information. Anytime we fail to do that, we risk losing a guest. With Yext, we are confident that anytime a guest is looking for answers like hours of operation or location, we can with certainty, ensure we are empowering guests with information to make decisions to visit, order online or just learn more about the brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Yext, we are able to update our store information in bulk, for a lot of different platforms. I saves so much time and allows us to have accurate information online about our stores!
We also love the relationship we have with our Client Success Manager at Yext: always proactive and very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to upload GMB Products on Yext (https://support.google.com/business/answer/9124203).
Also, pricing can be expensive, in comparison with other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily manage online store listings for more than 250 stores on several platforms. Especially during Covid when stores change their hours and services very often!

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to easily manage local listing information and specific updates for thousands of locations accurately and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and functions that are incredibly useful, but make for a lot to learn and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext has allowed us to provide timely updates to customers and clients for thousands of locations during confusing and uncertain times during a pandemic. This has saved time, money, headache, and face for those customers that would not have been so easily updated otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service from our yext team is outstanding! They are very supportive, quick to respond and always willing to help us find new ways to use the platform and benefit from it. My company recently started using yext pages and it has been an awesome asset to have during the COVID-19 pandemic, so that our customers can see varying hours between our locations and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we are not able to respond to trip advisor reviews left for our stores. Other than that, I don't have a bad thing to say about yext!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving customer issues by being able to communicate through response to their reviews. We also have access to a lot of analytics so that we can see what our customers are searching when they get to our website / locations pages, which markets recieve the most searches and which markets may need a bit more TLC to increase customer engagment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yext has been a great way to manage google listings, read and respond to store / location reviews, and to manage any complaints or inquiries that come through the web reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext employees are very professional, timely & solutions oriented! Winny & team have also been able to solve issues & if not have escalated them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
When submitting a ticket, it would be easiest to then email direct with the support partner instead of the yext support email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Google Listings, Temp Closures, Global listings & updates. Realized that having a support partner to push info to different platforms, simplifies the process on our end!

What do you like best about the product?
The Yext Dashboard is extremely user-friendly and simple to navigate. Our dedicated account rep along with additional support staff have always been very accommodating, often going above and beyond expectations, to deliver a superior client-vendor relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leveraging apps within Yext can add tremendous value, though the interface is somewhat hidden and not as user-friendly as the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate, consistent and reliable listings and real-time information distributed to 100s of aggregate sites that our patients frequent on a daily basis. Our ability to track conversions and assign real business value to dedicated customer actions has returned benefits that have been invaluable to our organization.

Extremely responsive to help requests and strive to help us make sense of the data for actionable insights. In-depth analytics and new capabilities in attribution via tags onsite are providing a great insight into ROAS of listing syndication and local SEO

Somewhat lagging in total, rolled up CSAT score totals

What do you like best about the product?
They pair a deep services team with a sophisticated, enterprise-grade platform to create a holistic solution for managing your brand presence online. The platform itself is fantastic in that it brings together the offerings of many individual point solutions into a single tool allowing you to manage anything from local SEO to reputation to on-site search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext can be quite pricey - you're going to pay for the Ferrari if you want the Ferrari; If you just want the Honda, there are probably other solutions out there that would be a better fit for your budget. If you're looking for a local SEO solution specifically, there are probably better point solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manging our local listings at scale, review monitoring /response, create store locator & store pages; organizing all the key information about our store locations for presentation to customers. The benefits have been an acceleration/dominance in local SEO, increased enterprise engagement at the operator level and increased visibility to online reputation management across the organization. It has been critical to helping communicate with customers during COVID (store operations, social posting, etc)..
