Exciting new tool
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to adjust all holiday hours for the year in one quick sitting. I also love that it cuts out the middle man and possible delays in getting accurate hours updated in case of weather or other unforeseen crisis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to have taken some time to work out the kinks with connecting with our software but I believe it has been resolved for the most part now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timeliness of getting updated hours to our clients
Yext is very helpful for my line of work as a marketing coordinator.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the platform and how intuitive it is. I can easily implement another search engine (Google) to help with my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see any glaring issues with the platform as of yet.

It is helping witht the posting of events as well as hours of operation for the company I work for.

Yext is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it incredibly easy to manage and update business information across multiple platforms from a single dashboard. The real-time syncing feature saves a lot of time, and the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It also helps with local SEO, which has noticeably improved our online visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for small businesses or those with many locations. Additionally, some third-party platforms still experience delays or occasional sync issues, which can be frustrating when accuracy is critical.

I love how we have the ability to see all reviews in order without missing any reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that it doesn't update real-time. I would like for the review to update as reviews come in.

It allows to see all reviews in one portal and be able to keep track of how many we are getting.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the streamlined process of creating the website. The process was very simple and straightfoward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have some trouble uploading new photos and was confused about the process of getting photos approved / cleared for published use.

Yext is helping me advertise myself and give my clients a place to find me online.
Great Technical Support
What do you like best about the product?
The technical support is great, especially when you're first starting up. They are very responsive to questions and supply solutions very quickly. The interface is also very user friendly. I'm able to add and edit items quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can sometimes be discrepancy between what I see on the creator side and what the published site looks like.
