What do you like best about the product?
I love that Yext acts as a single source of truth for AI answers, feeding accurate business data to AI assistants. It really feels like having one brain for the entire Internet. I appreciate how Yext serves as a truth engine for all business information, allowing me to update data once and have it auto-correct across multiple platforms. The fast initial setup is another big plus for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Yext could have more small business-friendly plans. It would be nice if there were lightweight versions without the complexity and cost of enterprise options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext as a single source of truth for AI answers, feeding accurate business data to AI and updating data once to auto-correct across multiple platforms.
