What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform. Can adjust shop hours, monitor reviews and reply and post updates all in one place. We use it almost every day.

Nothing really, it seems to work well as a platform.

With hundreds of locations throughout the UK, it pulls everything into one place while keeping consistency across multiple networks
Multiple Locations - Easy to view data
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to preplan and set up my postings out days, weeks and months and be able to go back and see what I have set-up for the week as well as be able to categorize by location as some locations will need different types and times of marketing than others. This makes sure I have a good balance for each location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish I could somehow duplicate a post that I have made and just make minor changes. At least for how our company uses it, I am unable to copy a post and repost it for another location unless I start completely from scratch again. This increases chances for inaccuracies as well as time used. I know you can post the same post to multiple locations, however the hashtags for each location are different and if I am mentioning a site address in the post then I can't use that feature as the information would be incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does offer a lot of ways to track different metrics. Previously having to go to each site and pull information and here it collects data and allows me to quickly see what type of media is performing the best and what is not worth doing again. This helps me to make decisions quickly when creating upcoming posts.
Simple Interface, Effective Google Responses
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple interface of Yext. I find that the responses for Google are well done and I haven't encountered any problems. The initial setup went smoothly, it's easier for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The full menu: widgets entities etc.

I use Yext to manage our opening hours and respond to Google My Business reviews. The responses for Google are well done.

I really appreciate the simplicity of using Yext. Everything is well explained, which makes the user interface very accessible. Additionally, the final rendering is neat, which shows attention to detail in the site's design.

Sometimes certain news that I post appear as online on Yext but are not visible on the site.

Yext allows me to manage the site's news without being a web developer and without spending a lot of time on it.

I really appreciate Yext's simple back end that makes it easy to make changes, which is super helpful given our large volume of healthcare workers. The dashboard is easy to work with. I also find that the content management process is an easy workflow, which makes things run smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Yext allows me to access every listing and link every social media account I have. It's way easier for me, especially since I'm not a pro in informatics. Yext saves me a lot of time, making management simpler by letting me make one post and share it everywhere. It also helps with the type of picture I need to put in, showing me the right size to ensure it looks good on the website. The initial setup of Yext was very easy, to be honest.

Sometimes it's still a bit complicated, and it takes too much time to update on the real website.

I use Yext to manage my stock and marketing. It helps a lot with marketing advertising, saves time, makes it easy to streamline social media posts everywhere, and ensures pictures are the right size for the website.
