What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Yext helps me easily respond to reviewers for my business account. I like the simple platform and the quick ability to see what's there and what needs to be responded to. I mainly use the response to reviews feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited capabilities to connect to other platforms and message with users from one location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to easily respond to reviews. It offers a quick ability to see what's there and what needs responding to, which is helpful.

Effortless Social Media Planning for Weeks and Months Ahead

What do you like best about the product?
You can plan out as many posts for social media as you want. You can plan for the week, the month, and going into future months.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes too much times to get the posts approved. Even if you submit them the day before you would like them posted, sometimes they do not get approved and your post expires and it becomes frustrating to have to try and get your posts to publish
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is for work, so I can post several items in one day and not have to worry about needing to post on social media every day or every other day to maintain our presence online.

It's user friendly and makes it easy to access all reviews in one place.

Nothing immediately comes to mind, this platform is great as is :)

By reporting reviews, as a business, we can analyze said reviews to increase customer satisfaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to effectively send text messages to customers since a lot of people are too busy to stay on the phone or call us and email takes some time to go through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we are not able to send over files or photos etc. A lot of the times customers want us to send them stuff via text because they dont use email and we cant so it reduces our reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just customers not being able to spend time to talk to us on the phone or send us emails. Text is a lot more convenient and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can monitor and track info from multiple sources like Google posts and Insta posts! Also the different graph options help from a quick visual aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to learn. Can poke around and figure it out pretty well but wish it was easier to set up alerts for important things that you are currently tracking so if changes are made (like adding in a google post) you can tell how that is performing quickly. I am still new to it though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking google info and stats across platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's ability to keep our church's service times and locations updated, ensuring that both regular members and visitors know when and where to meet. This feature significantly impacts our engagement, as more visitors are able to find us because we always have the most current information available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Yext to be very overwhelming. There were many steps involved, which was challenging given my busy schedule. This complexity delayed my ability to get everything ready promptly, making it a less-than-easy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Yext keeps our church's service times and locations updated, helping visitors find us easily. It boosts our engagement with newcomers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to have texting as an available option to communicate with my customer base. I also like the built in social media features, and the overall ease of use with the program. It also integrates fairly well with my companies systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I received push notifications for messages, instead of emails. Email notifications are great, but they don't offer the same instant "in your face" type of notification, that would be useful in this sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows for an alternative way to reach customers when they are avoiding phone calls or emails. This benefits our agency greatily as most business is conducted via Yext.
