Yext Makes It Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Yext brings all my sites together so I can access them in one spot. This makes it very convenient for responding to reviews, updating open hours, and other tasks that would be tedious having to go to each site one by one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little daunting to figure out how to navigate the site. But a few minutes is all you really need to find everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us save time by bringing everything we need to one site.
Yext is a Great Tool for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
Yext makes it easy to maintain several business locations and ensures everything online is listed accurately. It's easy to review to Google reviews and view information for different entities (example: you have several locations with different business names, but everything can be listed together so you don't have to go to each specific location to see reviews).
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if Yext could partner with Glassdoor and Indeed to make reviews easier to do all at once. Those programs don't have a way to accept or decline response suggestions, which is very helpful within Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has acquired other companies that are under different names across the U.S. Yext makes it easy to manage all of the businesses online!

Easy to use, and the price hasn't changed

Hard to see which sites are in the network or find partner info.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext has made it signficantly easier to manage multiple locations, across various brands. By using Yext, we're able to seamlessly manage 50+ locations and make updates that are relevant to all locations, or unique edits per location. Their seamless integration is great to use and is helpful in my day-to-day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Yext's interface can be slow, but this still doesn't outweigh the many great features of Yext that makes my job easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple Google My Business accounts that are relevant and up-to-date can be time consuming - Yext's software makes this quicker and more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
You can see everything all at once without the need to transfer and go through different sites. You can even filter through the different reviews sites as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are just like with other review sites you can't directly respond on yext

I can manage every aspect of my business for all 45 locations where we do business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control over reviews and being able to delete tasks that the customer has deleted on their end. Data is also not always clean but its by far cleaner than more third party sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing me to manage all of my socials in one location across all platforms including my website.
Makes managing a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
We primarily use YEXT to collect and review customer sentiment & update our location specific google information. For collecting review data the monthly overview makes this process a breeze and allows us to pivot quickly to major concerns.
For managing google search information YEXT allows total control and individuality for all our locations making the many requests we receive daily seem manageable.

It can take some time for changes to go live and updating some of the data is a convoluted process if you are unfamiliar with YEXT
