What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to manage our online Google services and really appreciate how it allows us to control our online profile in one location. I like the easy ability to use and learn Yext, even without having prior knowledge of online store account management. Being new with the company and needing to increase our online presence, Yext gave me the ability to grow our Google presence. The initial setup was fairly simple for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
i have not luckily ran into any issues with the software

I use Yext to manage our online Google services, control our online profile in one location, and easily learn account management without prior knowledge, helping grow our Google presence.

Easy to view and sort reviews, as well as responding to them directly from the platform.

I don’t use it enough to have a specific dislike.

Posted reviews by customers are notified to my email which makes responding to them faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Yext's ability to create a dashboard that shows exactly what I want to see. I can add features like reviews left each week in a graph and the average star ratings. I find the ability to quickly overview review sentiment and respond with quick generated responses very useful. I also like how simple the initial setup of Yext was.

Auto-generated responses to reviews that can be auto sent for automation purposes.

I also appreciate the feature 'Fix once, correct everywhere' that makes it so efficient.
