Effortless Location Management with Quick Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext is very easy to use, even for our tech-challenged employees! It simplifies our entire process of location management. I enjoy that Yext gives my bank control and confidence. As I work in marketing, it's great to know that our locations, hours, and lenders are shown accurately without having to double check multiple sites or platforms. Updates go live quickly when we have a one-off branch closure for weather or renovations, which is so nice! The updates are quickly turned around, so I don't have to guess if other directories picked up the change or worry that outdated hours or old addresses are still floating around. Yext really centralizes our whole process and reduces mistakes while saving time. It gives us control and more confidence because we know we don’t have to deal with a frustrated customer showing up to the wrong location or outside of a branch’s normal business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the platform was a bit overwhelming at first, but once I was acclimated, it was very easy to use. Sometimes I have to navigate around features or tabs I don’t directly use for my job so that can create some clutter. Sometimes it takes some extra clicks to get where I need to go, so just creates some visual noise sometimes. Maybe we could have the option to customize our dashboard to only include what we use daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext to manage information for bank locations. It solves inconsistent location data, saving time and reducing errors by publishing accurate info quickly across platforms. It protects our brand, ensures compliance, and provides confidence that customers find up-to-date information online.
Efficient Bulk Management, Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to export and import entities in bulk. As I manage multiple stores, being able to look at everything in a sheet holistically, make updates, and then just import it is really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reporting functions not that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Yext for managing profiles at scale, allowing me to edit multiple Google business profiles at once. I love exporting and importing entities in bulk, as it makes updates across stores really easy.
Easiest Tool for Managing Clinic Reviews
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Yext notifies me when someone leaves a review, which helps me see the review and address it right away. It's easy to use, and I had no trouble with the initial setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I saw a Google review but it did not show up on Yext. Idk if it’s supposed to.

I use Yext to have all reviews in one place and get notified when someone leaves a review, allowing me to address it right away. It's easy to use.

Intuitive UI with Seamless Social Media Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext for posting to Facebook for Tommy’s Express Car Wash. I appreciate how it streamlines the post approval process. What I like most is its user interface, which is very intuitive and easy to use, making the whole experience less frustrating. The initial setup was easy, and I would definitely recommend Yext to a friend or colleague.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an iOS app, as I am forced to use it through Safari instead.

Strong Overall Experience with Room to Grow

suggested searches, multiple entities and more visual search results displays, ease of integration

customer service, ease. of implementation, reporting capabilities, clickable suggested search results, front-end display limitations

providing an actual, functional, search experience that can be customized across the website based on different entities (brands, segments, site segmentation such as blog vs. recipes)
Efficient Review Management with Room for UX Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how quickly Yext pulls in reviews and the level of detail I can drill down to in reporting. We're able to report back to leadership on trends, sentiment, and soliciting initiatives which is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find inconsistencies in the reporting numbers. The UX could also be a little more user-friendly.

Yext allows us to manage online reputation for hundreds of listings simply, pulling in reviews quickly, and provides detailed reporting, helping us report trends and sentiment to leadership.
Basic but Easy Review Management Tool

I use Yext to manage the reviews for my business, and it provides a platform to respond to reviews. The initial setup of Yext was very easy.

There's limited tools that it offers. As far as functionality, it's rather limited.

Effortless Multi-Location Management, Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext for managing my business reviews and uploading info to the micro site. It's great because it collects reviews and allows me to easily respond. I appreciate that I can upload staff pictures and bios. What I like most about Yext is its user-friendliness for multiple locations. I can manage both locations without having to switch, which is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
When uploading teacher pictures I have to do two steps to have it published.

I use Yext for managing reviews and updating micro site info. It collects reviews, allows quick responses, and is user-friendly for managing multiple locations without switching.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Yext to manage our online Google services and really appreciate how it allows us to control our online profile in one location. I like the easy ability to use and learn Yext, even without having prior knowledge of online store account management. Being new with the company and needing to increase our online presence, Yext gave me the ability to grow our Google presence. The initial setup was fairly simple for me.

i have not luckily ran into any issues with the software
