What do you like best about the product?
Yext is very responsive and able to be customized to your liking. The reps are amazing to work with and the support department is very fast at responding to issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Yext. However, I do wish we were able to get responses to technical questions and integrations answered a bit sooner. Overall there is not much that I dislike about Yext.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing us to have a search box in the front of our website to allow users to perform searches and access vital information quickly. Also, Yext allows us to use its location services system to allow customers to search for a Banking Center very quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The most significant benefits of Yext are data consolidation and entry into new publishers. Yext allows us to house all information and details of each of our 200+ locations in one place. Since signing up with Yext, we have been able to create profiles on publishers that we otherwise would not have had time to do. Leads from some of the smaller publishers have already come through!
What do you dislike about the product?
For the more prominent publishers that require authentication, it has been difficult to sync our profiles into the system. I am still not 100% confident in that process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest pain point that Yext solves is profile management across publishers. Before, if we wanted to change the description of a location's profile, we had to change each profile for that location. Now, we make one change on the Yext platform, which reflects across all publishers.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Yext has a comprehensive learning platform (Hitchhikers) and a board for ideas. Yext also has a lot of useful data analytics that are customizable based on the insights you are trying to gather. Our Yext representative has also been very supportive and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yext has many features that are costly, especially for a growing business like ours. If there were ways to access stronger solutions without having to always pay high prices for it, that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is allowing us to have visibility on all of our listings and continue to update them in a streamlined way. Yext also is benefiting us by giving us analytics that we can use to inform our decisions made at a regional level.

What do you like best about the product?
Using yext really makes my job easier and life simpler. It allows me to focus on other things that I need to get done because I know that our listings are taken care of and working properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn't much about yext that I do not like. Sometimes features do not work as they should, like recently I had trouble with the open date feature on some new listings but yext support was more than helpful in getting it fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext is solving the time issue involved with managing hundreds of listings across multiple platforms. That benefits me and everyone on our team by letting us work on other more pressing matters because we know yext is taking care of those for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Yext is most helpful for editing hours, restaurant information, and making any other mass or individual changes to our listings in multiple places at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside to Yext is that is doesn't link up to all of our digital platforms (Olo, Punchh) so it's not a one-stop shop for our specific tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext helps us better manage our online listings in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
The account setup process with Yext was seamless. Their account support team was very professional and responsive. They answered all of my questions and helped to ensure our company listings would be set up correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hitchhikers learning program might be too time-consuming to use effectively. The content is lengthy, with a large amount of reading. This content might be more easily consumed if it was condensed or explained through videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously used Moz Local for our company web listings, but this service was not comprehensive enough for our needs. With Yext, we are covered on a broader network of listings.

Easily Manage Online Listings & Reviews

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage reviews and listings with Yext. The support team is very helpful when issues arise. The reporting/analytics section is also super helpful, especially for emailing automated reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to get cases resolved. Also, I wish we could get help with updating outdated listings for entities that are no longer in our knowledge graph without having to pay extra to create an entity first.

Not a Great Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Our exposure increased at the beginning, but not sure it's worth the ongoing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service seems lacking. We made one change using their platform and Google shut down our entire business profile. Tried to email support and our reps, but nobody responded quickly. Reps pointed us to email support, which we did, and they didnt respond. Very disappointed, and won't renew.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was supposed to be easy and seemless. Our experiences have pointed otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team is accommodating and resolves all issues. I also loved the in-person gathering Yext held with multiple clients in our area. It was so beneficial to hear what similar franchises are doing and exchange information.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used to have a very helpful account manager who would offer support and make our lives easier. Unfortunately, with some changes, we are trying to get back into a groove with our new team and where Yext can help us the most. The platform can be clunky at times, and I would like to be able to give more to our account manager to help our team save time. I also feel the Yext team is constantly trying to sell/upsell products and services that we are not interested in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one of our brands, Yext helps to create and manage all of our websites which saves our team lots of time!
