Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everything within Yext has been so easy to navigate and use. It is also easy to train others on. The team at Yext has also been extremely helpful. They are quick to respond and get all the issues fixed in a timely manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything has been so wonderful.

Super convenient product
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to make updates to your business locations once you consolidate them all on Yext. This saves us a lot of time and makes us more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish Yext included that it first have is an easy integration with Yelp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues Updating holiday hours at all of our branch locations. Yext makes this super easy.

The clean interface, easy-to-find what I need quickly.

There are some filtering options that are missing. I haven't figured out how to access them, or add them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing over 100 retail locations manually proved to be next to impossible. Now bulk uploads, and one-stop-shopping makes it less of a chore. Multiple logins to share the burden is also extremely helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I only have to update my listings in one location which saves lots of time and streamlines all my listings
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my images was not the correct measurements. I had to delete all my images to resize them and then reupload them to fix this issue. They need to display the dimensions to prevent this hassle.

Streamlining all our listings and providing great backlinks to many top directories in one location that is easy to update.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up my GMB listings was easy. This is a very helpful tool for easily managing listings. Support is always quick to reply.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I would like reporting on the number of backlinks this is creating and what is the quality of those backlinks.
2. Listings are seen a lot more on desktop rather than mobile which is where most our website traffic is.

Easy listing management. This is where I come to schedule special holiday hours. Bing is a search platform that is worthwhile to be on. This helps me maintain consistency outside of google.
Great Platform For All Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform makes creating a detailed listing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag time in data for quarterly reports.

It is creating cohesive, detailed listings that we can easily sync with our client's google my business to have the most accurate information shown on their listings at all times.
Yext is a solid platform for listings and citations
What do you like best about the product?
Editing multiple locations at once. Store hours editing functionality is great and easy to use as well.

Not being able to update Apple Maps listings on this platform

Easy to use and manage store hours and temporary store closings for seasonal stores.
Yext is great but platform is not very intuitive + service is very slow for support

Connected to all major platforms to ensure that our listing information is accurate and up to date.

UI is not intuitive at all. Support is not included necessarily and is very slow. Not a lot of guidance or suggestions for SEO improvement.
