Great experience and friendly support

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to view all of our franchisees actions as well as reviews and profiles in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, some of the functionality is not super intuitive. Luckily the support has been great and my questions are answered effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a franchise brand so we are able to see that all of our brands and locations are following our SOPs and are engaging their consumer.

Interface and Process is Seamless

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful and easy to use. We use it for our company sponsored websites and the turnarount time is less than a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we have been using it for my Agency for 3 and a half years and although we do not have a choice I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access, I don't have any problems at the moment.

What we like is the ease of use and the fact that it ties multiple websites to one

Sometimes there is a delay when the review is placed till we are notified

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place and at your finger tips. You can read and respond to a review from many different platforms all from one location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I wouldn't change anything. I like it the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to visit multiple sites to check and read reviews. Everything is consolidated.

Yext for the most part is pretty seemless to use. I also enjoy their customer service support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the pages end up confusing me - I may just need better help navigating but Ive been using it for years.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Yext Relate connects everything in one place — it's smooth and feels well-organized. The ability to manage customer interactions, knowledge content, and support all within the same platform saves a lot of time. The AI-driven suggestions are actually useful, and it helps keep responses consistent and on-brand without feeling robotic. I also appreciate how searchable everything is — you can find answers fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are a lot of features, and the learning curve is steeper than I expected. Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially when you're just getting started. And while the AI is helpful, sometimes it needs a bit of tweaking to really match the tone I’m going for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yext Relate is solving the problem of scattered, inconsistent customer communication. Before, it was tough to keep everything aligned — answers varied, and it took too long to find accurate info. Now, everything is in one place, and the AI helps surface the right responses quickly. That’s made things more efficient for me and reduced back-and-forth with customers. It also helps create a better experience for them since they get faster, more reliable answers.
