How to reestablish long forgotten business relationships
What do you like best about the product?
My Customer Success Specialist is always approachable and available and has made the process extremely user-friendly. The best thing with Levitate is how easy it is to reestablish contact with long-forgotten business clients, friends, referral sources, and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only potential downside I have discovered has been the number of positive responses for each campaign. If you are new to Levitate, schedule time after each campaign to respond to everyone reaching out to you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have established many business contacts throughout my career and lacked a system to remain in touch and keeping myself relevant to those contacts. Levitate, through its numerous campaigns, has solved that dilemma.
Fun and Fresh Way to Stay Top of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
There are several things our office likes about Levitate. We like the variety of content that spans from fun and light-hearted meme holiday greetings to more intellectual economic commentary. We also really like the integration with our CRM which inserts our email history into the contact's timeline alongside our other correspondence and tasks. Levitate has a great onboarding process and there are scheduled periodic meetings with our representative that help us to learn new ways to further integrate and utilize the product in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had any problems with Levitate that haven't been able to be resolved through more education or tech support. We would highly recommend it to other businesses that want a compliance-friendly marketing solution that helps them stay top-of-mind in a way that's fresh and interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Levitate is helping us to deliver fun, informative, and relevant marketing content in a way that only requires relatively minor input on our part. Our clients interact with our emails at a much higher rate than previous marketing programs we have used and this has helped to strengthen and grow our business. They are also helping us to track and archive communications in a way that meshes with our other methods of note-keeping and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
Levitate is clean, simple to use, and has helped us streamline our communications more consistently. The campaigns have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a social media feature that allows us to post directly from Levitate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The newsletter templates are great and mean we can prep them ahead of time. We are tailoring some of the campaigns to become articles we share in the newsletter as opposed to just being a campaign.

The ease of using the platform. User friendly, intuitive.

I really wish we could organize My Templates better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer correspondence has drastically improved. We love being able to see when the email is read. Automation of drip marketing.

Texting Capabilities added a new method of communication to our business

Contact Profile Editing is a bit linear and I would prefer to see all on-screen versus scrolling downward.

Great Product and Service
What do you like best about the product?
I have found the reps at Levitate to be very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond my expectations. In addition, the software is quite user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only negative is the limitation of 500 e-mails per day because our ISP limits the amount of e-mails that go out. I know other services like Constant Contact do not, however it allows us to control the amount that will go out on a daily and weekly basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting for new clients, staying in contact with existing clients and doing virtual workshops is the areas where Levitate is assisting in becoming more accessable to our clients and prospects

Levitate has relevant content and is easy to contact my clients. My clients respond to the emails sent from Levitate as if I sent them to them directly. I've been really happy with Levitate!

The learning curve on making my own newsletter to send out.

Levitate has so many options of content that is helpful to my clients even if it's not in my field of business.

It would be nice to embed a hyperlink in a text portion of a HTML campaign.
