Fast, Clear, and Flexible Search with Powerful Filters.
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy and simple to use, especially the search features and filters. The layout is clear and easy to understand. I also like that you can adjust the fuzziness percentage and search using details such as year of birth, country, etc. Overall, the system works fast and well, and software errors or delays occur very rarely.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the links to media or sanctions don't work
Occasionally the same search or article can come up twice, as in two different matches, even though they are the same

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Screening the clients we onboard as a business, the software and intelligence of complyadvantage really streamlines this process for us, making are jobs more efficient, faster and the process easier for both us and our clients.
Making us aware of high risk clients or even clients who we should not do business with, protecting us as a business from fines and other penalties

Streamlines Sanctions Screening and KYC with Confidence
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to check whether a prospect is on a sanctions list, which will definitely help with screening and KYC.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be better if it had a larger database of sanctioned Asian individuals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It screens sanctioned individuals and entities, which helps me stay compliant with regulations.

Comply Advantage reports are really useful for preparing meaningful Management Information for managament meetings.

Initial configuration and rule tuning can be time-consuming

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ComplyAdvantage and its vendor really stand out. They're easy to deal with and I have confidence in both the system and the people, which eases some of the concerns I have day to day. I like the whole company, the culture, support, and professionalism. They're so easy to deal with and supportive; whenever I have an issue or need support, they come back quickly and are always so willing to help. The initial setup was really easy; the team is like a well-oiled machine when dealing with system migrations.

The way the screening hits are distinguished and makes it very user friendly, also the way we are able to assign it to each team

The fact that we cannot modify our own comments or delete them

Screening clients for payments is really important part of our regulatory obligations and the fact that it's so user friendly it also helps us abide by our obligations
Eases Compliance with Minimal Effort

I find ComplyAdvantage easy to use and navigate. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.

If we search something we have already searched for, I would like ComplyAdvantage to alert me of this. As of now, it creates a duplicate search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ComplyAdvantage for KYB and KYC screening, and ongoing monitoring. It helps us stay compliant.

I love the layout and the use of colour in different categorisations of alerts

I dislike the way comment box works. I wish if my write up is easily separated by the use of numbering/bullets and paragraphs. At the moment, you will find all your writing in one chunk of sentence. Plus, I wish if ComplyAdvantage had a function of attaching forms

mostly, it helps me solving alert and technical issues. The team has been so responsive and really helpful
Makes Due Diligence Easy with Fast Bulk Uploads and Screening
What do you like best about the product?
It makes due diligence much easier because I can upload a full list of companies (such as subsidiaries and related entities), along with a list of employees and directors, and then screen everything very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s sometimes a lot of random noise in the adverse media section. I often find that items being flagged as adverse media aren’t actually adverse media at all. For example, it might just be a company missing targets in its latest press release, and I wouldn’t consider that adverse media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me perform due diligence on both private and public investment opportunities. AML and sanctions risks can affect any investment, and ComplyAdvantage helps me spot those risks by screening key executives and related entities.
