What do you like best about the product?
Working with large volumes of information becomes cumbersome without the help of applications like this. Analyzing customer surveys, customer complaints, and feedback has been easier to sort through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. This application satisfies all of our requirements and then some. It has made data analytics much easier where prior to usage of Luminoso, we had no method to handle large volumes of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We receive large volumes of customer surveys from Europe. It can be difficult to manage all of the feedback. The benefits coming from having an AI that can analyze the information prior to reaching us has made things much more efficient.

If you're looking for a way to manage large volumes of information, look no further than Luminosos Daylight. You won't be disappointed.
