What do you like best about the product?

IBM's solution has a complex setup, potentially high costs, slower adoption of new mobile features, a clunky "Cloud Extender," and a UI that may feel unintuitive for large-scale device management.

An easy to manage & effective endpoint solution
What do you like best about the product?
Great to see IBM developed an effective solution to manage policies for endpoint and mobile devices.
I definitely liked the neat dashboard which is easy to understand and navigate.
Cherry on the top is the detailed documentation for various activities and troubleshooting, thats something many vendors lack.
Easy to push configuration on all devices and view the threat and compliance report. Glad to know management would be happy to see all those details
Im happy that MaaS360 also protects against phishing attacks which is definitely a troublemaker for every businesses.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have always disliked the regional customer support team of IBM but im happy with international ones. I gues thats one common problem with MS and AWS as well too.

More suggestions like focus on making MaaS360 feel more modern, faster, and easier to use, particularly for organizations scaling up or comparing against competitors like Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE UEM.

In my team and company, I really like that feature of Comprehensive Mobile Device Management, as many of my team members are working remotely and traveling often with using mobile devices, at airport or restaurants.

Best MDM for security point of view
What do you like best about the product?
The best solution for ease of use, implementation is easy for someone with medium knowledge, customer support is quick and responsive, currently using it twice a week, it has a good number of features, and easy integration with third-party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky for new users, and there is also a performance issue.

A business security solution is a must-have in today's era; device management is very important.

What do you like best about the product?
the true MDM solution, that is ease of use, customer support is phenomenal, ease of integration is there, implementation is not that hard, I'm using it on the frequency of everyday, it has alot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Policy making and management is not for beginners, you have to be trained in MD solutions for managing it.

MDM solution is necessary of every business because users are very smart nowdays, they can leak data on different-different channels, you can prevent this by deployiong the correct policy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it becasue it has features like easy device enrollment that makes it ease of use, one can manage application and also deploy policies according to compliance, ease of integration because it's easy to install, customer support is very good, ease of implementation is there, I use it on daily basis.

it's a lil bit complex solution one can take time to learn ho wto use this, cost is also more than others and lil bit performance impact is also there.

it solves a big problem that is mobile device management security, what all data is going outside device, application management, policy management.

Some process like creating enrolment id and AD Integration are bit difficult to know them just with one option
