Good secure software suitable for Enterpises
What do you like best about the product?
- ease of use
- can be easily downloaded and installed
- integration with faceid so i dont need to put the password everytime
- adding coperate browser so we can browse internal sites

Easy to use and manage.
Easy configuration and control of mobile devices on various platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The threat of Malware and other external threat as phising is well addressed by the use of IBM Security MaaS360
What do you dislike about the product?
It is possible to integrate with other existing IT infrastructure and though it requires proper planning, it turns out to be so helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of data breach and cyberbullying is a big risk to a company that deals with the public data. IBM Security MaaS360 is just the right tool for it. Endpoint threat protection does the job.

It is reliable and does not slow down the system. It works perfect even when accessing from a remote position
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had cases of denied access for authorized users.

Having multiple access people working from remote location, it was necessary to secure our data from security breaches

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most with IBM Security MaaS360 is the thorough documentation they have on how their platform works. Superb security, and very easy to use even the setup phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience administering IBM MaaS360 with Watson, the challenge is the deletion process of the users, it takes too long to delete and there are times that when I am doing a search it did not clear the search. Hopefully it will in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays we are very particular with the security of our clients or users mobile devices and data. IBM MaaS360 with Watson exceeded my expectation as an admin. Way to go!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this tool gives us the ability to track the devices and its easy configuration. The interface is very user-friendly, you'll be able to follow it even if you are not that tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problem experienced with IBM MaaS360 with Watson. I hope it continues to have a seamless experience for both organization and its clients.

This tool let us manage thousand of devices with no issues and it's just a matter of minutes to check and locate them. Everything works great. Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all devices of our clients or users in one place is the best feature that IBM Security MaaS360 offers. The registration process of devices is very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching a user in IBM Security MaaS360 you need to clear out first the recent search. It would be best if it will auto clear the recent search so that we all need to enter the username of the user. Though it's just 2 clicks there are times that you'll forget that you need to clear the recent search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all know that every organization is very strict when it comes to the security of client's data and devices. IBM MaaS360 has high-end security that makes our client trust us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson are the easy steps that they provided to their clients or user admins to manage , setup and how it works on end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM Security is it's taking too long to delete a user from the user admin side, this is something that I am not sure of and may also have to do with how it is setup from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With IBM Security, it made end-users access their work emails and applications conveniently with the use of mobile phones, iPads and even using personal devices. It stand outs their Robust Security and very easy to manage.

It is very easy to navigate as an admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete or remove a user from IBS it does not delete the user right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an IT Support for some of the Banks in the US and that's what they use in accessing work emails and applications.
