IBM MaaS360 is A GREAT TOOL
What do you like best about the product?
With the most recent security issue in many of our clients, IBM Security MaaS360 is recommended for not only big companies but also for small companies to secure their environment because the setup is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really think the platform has the essential functions to make it work well across the organisation, but on the other hand one function it should have would be email notifications, it lacks that and I think that is an important point to add
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM Security MaaS360 help us to create great security environment for all endpoints we have. With the endpoints secured, it also shift our focus to develop our business.
A platform to manage our devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a solid platform that offers an exemplary user interface, is cloud-based, and can manage corporate devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only expect some improvements, but at the moment, everything works perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The experience has been incredible, and the security and security are perfect, so we are happy with the product because it has an excellent and robust security solution.
A platform that is easy to install and configure and with good documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a perfect and easy-to-use platform; content management is excellent and increases mobile security and threat management. Therefore, it is ideal for companies that want to improve cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a challenge to be able to sync the data, and I wouldn't say I liked that I couldn't take screenshots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used throughout our company to increase security, keep company devices configured for end users, and have security control.
An easy to configure tool for device management
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to track and configure the mobile group and send messages to the phone is excellent, and the administration is uncomplicated, mainly because of its user interface.

No problem, and that's great. I hope you don't find any bugs after your constant updates.

Management of mobile and corporate devices in a matter of minutes, and everything works great.

It's great; I like its user interface, it provides excellent information about devices and security measures, and it integrates with other technology platforms.

Improvements are missing in the support because it does not respond in time and tends to send automated messages.

Since it has been used, it has been perfect to have control of our device for our company and all the staff. Moreover, it is straightforward because of its user-friendly functions.
Good solution for business devices that works very well
What do you like best about the product?
I like its features, like the ability to control mobile devices on various platforms. The interface is very intuitive, and the dashboards are great and can be easily used by anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations to specific functions, I think they need to improve the documentation.

A solution that helps us protect data from internal and external threats and the level is superior and fulfils its mission effectively.
MaaS360-Best of the Best UEM Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
MDM configuration is now highly complex, requiring a real commitment to stay up to date with technology changes in conjunction with changes to the MDM Solution. We support over 150 customer installs of MaaS as well as other MDM's. There is absolutely no comparison in the support and knowledge transfer made available by IBM for MaaS360 compared to other vendors like VMWare and Microsoft. This completely sets IBM and MaaS360 apart from all other solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is not much to dislike. Other solutions have issues with zero day update availability. We have never seen this with MaaS360.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers look to us as trusted advisors. When any problem arises in their environments, they are typically caused by mobile device usage case changes. Having a strong understanding of the nuances of MaaS360, iOS and Android o/s allows us to address thees issues quickly providing a major value add to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
With the deepend integration of watson AI, behaviour anomaly detections and proactive risk scoring has significantly improved, which results in greater threat detection rate.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has taken a lot of steps to improve and I have seena greater improvement in the architecture and threat detections. I can see some room from improvement in patch management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When coming to organisation that not only deals with windows and mac but alos the mobile devices it is hard to manage them under an MDM product.where as this MaaS360 provides a effective solution to this.

Nice Product but would need a good team to support
What do you like best about the product?
The entire journey of setup deployment and management was a breeze. Loved the interface and dashboards.Installation of apps was also another feature which I Should acknowledge
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical support team needs improvement and training. There were sync issues initially but are solved now new os upgrades will bring in new issues. I would recommend IBM team be in line with the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The admin is a treat and provides complete control. It helps in controlling devices quite efficiently. Surveillance improved drastically when we conducted the POC.

IBM MaaS360 has recently introduced new features like guided walk-throughs to help new administrators learn workflows and AI-powered policy recommendations for enhanced security. MaaS360 also offers comprehensive mobile device management with strong security features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have mentioned potential for enhanced local technical support, and a more streamlined process for exporting/importing environment configurations to simplify migrations.
