What do you like best about the product?
The Ability to use oneMDM application to control and support multiple devices . and OS's.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Intuitive. The ability to control and configure devices is frustrating...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote configuration of devices in the field.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get Training Up front before full implemtation.

Expert support made our job much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to establish weekly meetings for one hour with the SME who provided training. We were also thrilled that he would work within our environment via WebEx so that our specific implementation was answered, not a generic image.
What do you dislike about the product?
Follow up to tickets entered in on-line. Without our SME's (Frank Gentile) cajoling sometimes it would take an unreasonable time frame to hear from someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of our Mobile mixed environment. We now feel that our company's intellectual property is safe and can be rendered useless or removed entirely when broken, lost, stolen etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think integration with Android (Google) and Apple should be more streamlined. However, I think both companies need to work on it not just IBM.

The ease of use. Easy to maintain the policies and devices.

Some of the device reaches are a little misleading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control of Corporate-owned devices is the main goal.

What do you like best about the product?
Provides central mdm solution. Multiple policies for different device types and job roles within the business. Supports the upload of enterprise apps for android.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to keep google apps updated without providing access to the play store. Having to have individual Google accounts per user or having only 20 or so devices logged in at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Controlling the access that end users have with MDM policies and locking devices once they are out of business control (ie, lost or stolen). Pushing/auto installing/updating enterprise apps to specific groups of employees.

Solid Product / Mediocre Support

What do you like best about the product?
We are now able to operate without Active Directory and can push out security policies nearly instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaaS360 does not appear to have mature support for Windows or macOS or at least they are not responsive enough to the needs of a fast moving business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*Eliminate Microsoft Active Directory
*Manage security policies for all iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows devices from one portal
*Centralized device patching
*Device certificate enrollment and delivery
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As long as you do not expect quick resolution to issues you experience, MaaS360 can be setup with an internal team willing to spend the time learning the features. There are so many features that a thoughtful implementation is recommended rolling features out over several sub-projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing many devices from a single console.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the many options, it’s hard to set up without help, no fluid process. Making the learning curve and training of other admins more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually touching the iPhones when apps update or to install the apples updates.

Great solution for managing devices

What do you like best about the product?
It supports any kind of mobile device and has a wide range of settings for many types of businesses starting from office workers to hotel guests and staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Login security is quite tight but has been better lately for us. Still requires password inputs in places not necessary to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Made it easier to manage our mobile devices remotely and much lower costs to manage than without. The more time passes the better the interface has become. We hope to have full 100% control of our devices in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The people at MaaS360 were outstanding, the training and guidance we received were top notch.
The project went extremely well.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real problems at all. Everything has gone very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NO problems. The new software is very simple to use and the website is intuitive, quite refreshing compared to what we were used to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate, the system works well and the support is outstanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick response times on the chat. albeit is a little bit difficult to understand how this now links with O2.

When IBM help on chat, they are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
inconsistency with support & who will help - some are very quick to help, and others less so & are reluctant to.
Ticketing case system is slow for replies and seems to lack expertise

just quick to put me through to 360 support
