Good secure software suitable for Enterpises
What do you like best about the product?
- ease of use
- can be easily downloaded and installed
- integration with faceid so i dont need to put the password everytime
- adding coperate browser so we can browse internal sites

Excellent security solutions with the reliability that characterizes IBM.
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity of use and connection with the devices, as well as the quantity of options and rules that can be applied to the devices, made the entire deployment and configuration management process quite simple. I really liked the interface and the panels. We were able to get control of the mobile devices and apply security controls to them; the security provided by the system is excellent, and we can manage many devices and endpoints with ease. It allows for high volume uploads by users and the addition of a large number of devices. Additionally, the geotagging tool is excellent and provides a wide variety of security measures.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may cause communication issues and be banned on some devices owing to a lack of communication with the application, the technical support staff need improvement and training; new OS upgrades may bring new challenges; I would advise the IBM team to adapt to the change. Some features are limited owing to device OS types, and changing authentication is not easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the challenge of controlling business devices by putting controls and regulations to them. There is also the option of remotely installing software and managing all devices from a single console. The manager is a joy to work with and provides comprehensive control, allowing us to operate the devices pretty easily. Surveillance increased dramatically once we completed the POC. When it comes to an enterprise that works not only with Windows and Mac, but also with mobile devices, managing them with an MDM product is tough, but MaaS360 provides an excellent solution for this, as well as being extremely useful in dealing with hopeless scenarios. be easily taken by locking and wiping data.

The threat of Malware and other external threat as phising is well addressed by the use of IBM Security MaaS360

It is possible to integrate with other existing IT infrastructure and though it requires proper planning, it turns out to be so helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of data breach and cyberbullying is a big risk to a company that deals with the public data. IBM Security MaaS360 is just the right tool for it. Endpoint threat protection does the job.

It is reliable and does not slow down the system. It works perfect even when accessing from a remote position

I have not had cases of denied access for authorized users.

Mobile Device Management: solve our problem with asset tracking and monitoring MaaS360 provides centralized management and control over a diverse range of mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops. It helps our organizations address the complexities of managing a large fleet of devices, ensuring consistent configurations, enforcing security policies, and tracking device inventory.
Best platform to manage and secure mobile devices
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most with IBM Security MaaS360 is the thorough documentation they have on how their platform works. Superb security, and very easy to use even the setup phase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on my experience administering IBM MaaS360 with Watson, the challenge is the deletion process of the users, it takes too long to delete and there are times that when I am doing a search it did not clear the search. Hopefully it will in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nowadays we are very particular with the security of our clients or users mobile devices and data. IBM MaaS360 with Watson exceeded my expectation as an admin. Way to go!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that this tool gives us the ability to track the devices and its easy configuration. The interface is very user-friendly, you'll be able to follow it even if you are not that tech-savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
No problem experienced with IBM MaaS360 with Watson. I hope it continues to have a seamless experience for both organization and its clients.

This tool let us manage thousand of devices with no issues and it's just a matter of minutes to check and locate them. Everything works great. Keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage all devices of our clients or users in one place is the best feature that IBM Security MaaS360 offers. The registration process of devices is very easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When searching a user in IBM Security MaaS360 you need to clear out first the recent search. It would be best if it will auto clear the recent search so that we all need to enter the username of the user. Though it's just 2 clicks there are times that you'll forget that you need to clear the recent search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all know that every organization is very strict when it comes to the security of client's data and devices. IBM MaaS360 has high-end security that makes our client trust us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson are the easy steps that they provided to their clients or user admins to manage , setup and how it works on end-users.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about IBM Security is it's taking too long to delete a user from the user admin side, this is something that I am not sure of and may also have to do with how it is setup from our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With IBM Security, it made end-users access their work emails and applications conveniently with the use of mobile phones, iPads and even using personal devices. It stand outs their Robust Security and very easy to manage.
